The owner never onced spoke with my over the phone or at the store. Repairs denied, truck returned. Mario is a great salemans just works for a horrible owner. This place should be shut down. More

Vehicles that belong in the scrap yard I bought my third truck from this place and the engine block had been welded. The lower control arm bracket had also been welded incorrectly. When I called Tom Bata about this he said it was my problem. They ended up buying the contract back from the finance company, and 3 months later I'm still trying to get my down payment back. Things have sure changed since I bought the other two trucks from them! We de This is an UPDATE Our truck had a problem, a friend drove us the 50 miles to Kingman to look for a car. We found a Hyundai we liked for $6900. We decided to buy the car and made an offer. Then the salesman told us if we wanted the loan to go through, we needed to buy the Service Contract. He said most banks require it now, so we did. The service contact was $2000, making the total price of the $6900 car $8900. When I talked to the Wells Fargo Dealer Center about our financing, they said banks only require full coverage insurance, not service contracts. One week after the purchase I asked for a refund of the service contract. When we said we wanted a refund on the service contract the lady in the office told my wife, "it won't lower your payment". My wife said yes, but it will reduce our balance $2000 and we want it back. I wrote a bad review on Dealer Rater and the owner Tom called and said he would take care of the problem, so I wrote a review saying it was taken care of, but it wasn't. I would call Tom once in a while and he kept telling me they took care of it and the check should be in the mail, but nothing happened. Then February 18th the last day for a refund without having it prorated, I went to Kingman Auto and watched as Tom request the refund online. Tom said the check should be here in a week or so. Oh no... One more try to keep the money. When my wife finally went in to get the check, they needed to cash it and write another. So finally on March 17th, 2 1/2 months after we asked for a refund my wife went to Kingman Auto again. She was given a check for $640 and a paper work from AUL Corp saying the $640 paid was 100% of the refund. My wife immediately called me and said the check was only for $640. I looked at the purchase contract we signed said the cost of the service contract was $1995 not $640. So I told my wife to tell them we were done screwing around. When my wife went back in and told them we were going to the Arizona Attorney General's Office, They wrote out another check for an additional $!355. Finally after almost three months we got our refund. If you decide to buy a service contract to repair you car in case of mechanical break down, do your homework. In our case I do most of the maintenance on our vehicles, and $2000 will buy a lot of parts. More
