Hooooorrible service!! Got into an argument with the service guy because he told me it’s my fault for losing key. Kept going back and fourth about how it’s my fault when I told him I can’t get the car t service guy because he told me it’s my fault for losing key. Kept going back and fourth about how it’s my fault when I told him I can’t get the car towed to get programmed cause it’s stuck in a high rise garage. His response: you gotta find a way to get it over here. I called the next dealership and he recommended a mobile locksmith. I wonder why bob couldn’t just say that too. He was extremely incompetent and didn’t know his own job. Told me a replacement key needed to be programmed due to a transponder in the key, BUT HE DIDN’T EVEH GOOGLE THE VIN TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS TRUE. More

He delivered in getting us the car we wanted with the payments in our range and a promise to repair some damage. Then when I brought the car in for the repair he remembered my name, made sure the work was done right and went the extra mile to get answers to some of my other questions! Very Bad Service Experience This was the most hated service experience of my entire life. I took my 2015 SUV in to have toe two front tires replaced. I first of all was way over charged, two and a half times what other dealers charge for the same service. My truck had grease on the outside of the drivers door, I felt like I had taken my truck to an alley mechanic. The personnel from the service adviser to the cashier were very rood, and I would never take my vehicle back there again ever. Kingdom Chevrolet should be avoided at all cost. Took my vehicle in the first time because of radio,front end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for cleaning the fuel system saying that was why the engine was missing and ordered a radio. No one called me to tell me the radio was in it took almost 3 weeks to get it replaced because when I inquired about it they had sent it back stating they couldn't get in touch with me. Now I'm back for the radio, and the other pre existing problems are still there so now they want to charge a $70.00 fee to have a tech drive the vehicle to diagnose the noise in the front end if its not covered under warranty I mean REALLY!!!!! what a rip off. I'm so done with kingdom Chevrolet. More
I went into the dealership for service on my 04 avalanche, I bought bad gas from BP, I love my Chevy truck but driving a 8 cylinder in Chicago can be expensive. I was thinking about getting a car b avalanche, I bought bad gas from BP, I love my Chevy truck but driving a 8 cylinder in Chicago can be expensive. I was thinking about getting a car but was worried about the payment . After I dropped of my truck for service I said as a joke keep it ill buy a new one not knowing I would get blessed and drive home in a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Also my truck was repaired within a hour of dropping it off so I could have kept my old vehicle because I had no pressure from my sales person Frank Mahamid who understood my concern about high gas prices i got a great car with great features. I am very happy and would recommend Kingdom Chevrolet to any one including my mom. More
