I purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze, and after the sales team lied to me and told me that they had to add a $1,000 to the MSRP because I qualified for the 0% interest rate. I was driving my car las sales team lied to me and told me that they had to add a $1,000 to the MSRP because I qualified for the 0% interest rate. I was driving my car last week, and the error message "A/C Off Due to High Engine Temperatures" popped up on the car. After thinking it was just a problem I should address over the weekend, I came to find out the car had no oil in it. Instead of the manager apologizing for no oil being in the car, he kept insisting he couldn't believe it. All they suggested was for an oil an filter change. An oil and filter change on a car that didn't have more that 1,500 miles. I would have figured they would have offered to replace the car, because everyone knows the engine is worn extremely without any oil in it. The manager told me as I was walking out, "You caught it just in time." I was so disappointed with my first car buying experience. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldn't suggest anybody to go there. More
Called to ask about if certain vehicle was still available and right away for some reason salesperson asked if credit was good, and at the same time he was having a conversation with 1 of the other available and right away for some reason salesperson asked if credit was good, and at the same time he was having a conversation with 1 of the other workers while I was trying to talk n just kept cutting me off, and then i also had another question about vehicle and he kept saying that he thinks he answered enough questions and to just come in and take a look. (ME being out of town, of course I needed to ask some questions bfore I waste a trip) but they just lost out on a good sale over $25000 because I told him I changed my mind because of his attitude! Kept calling back to speak with a manager and every time I would get transferred it kept saying please try back again later, 3,4 times. More
I purchased my new cruze from kingdom and had an excellent experience. I had inquired on auto trader about several cruzes they had advertised I got an email back within 20 minutes from a real person excellent experience. I had inquired on auto trader about several cruzes they had advertised I got an email back within 20 minutes from a real person that confirmed they had the vehicle it was at the price advertised. I had been burned by a few other dealers that tried adding destination charges and dealer set up fees to the price so I wanted to make sure the price they had online was in fact the selling price. I also wanted to arrange financing upfront if they could beat my credit unions rate of 2.5%. They sent me a link to pre qualify and I filled out their non evasive credit application in about a minute. I received an email a few hours later with detailed options for my financing. The beat my rate and got me 1.58% they also laid out different options as far as how many months and with or with out a warranty and gap insurance. It was refreshing to get REAL information and options without having to sit with a car salesman for 2 hours and play the game. So after looking everything over I emailed back that I wanted to move ahead on the 60 month loan with no warranty and scheduled to pick the vehicle up the following morning they got some more details from and we were good to go. I arrived at the dealership and was taken to the representitive I had been working with he showed me the cruze which was clean, inside and already had a full tank of gas. I had driven several already so didnt need to take a test drive. I was then taken to the finance office where my paperwork was already printed and all numbers were as we discussed so signed and was on my way. I was literally there 20 minutes I couldnt believe it. I have never bought a car a spent less than 3 hours at the dealership. They were honest, organized and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Kingdom I was leary at first after reading some of there reviews but the internet manager assured me that under there new management they were not having the issues that I had read about. Definitley worth the trip Lorraine More

I went into the dealership for service on my 04 avalanche, I bought bad gas from BP, I love my Chevy truck but driving a 8 cylinder in Chicago can be expensive. I was thinking about getting a car b avalanche, I bought bad gas from BP, I love my Chevy truck but driving a 8 cylinder in Chicago can be expensive. I was thinking about getting a car but was worried about the payment . After I dropped of my truck for service I said as a joke keep it ill buy a new one not knowing I would get blessed and drive home in a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Also my truck was repaired within a hour of dropping it off so I could have kept my old vehicle because I had no pressure from my sales person Frank Mahamid who understood my concern about high gas prices i got a great car with great features. I am very happy and would recommend Kingdom Chevrolet to any one including my mom. More
I purchased a vehicle at the end of March of this year. It began to shake so I took it to a car service to find out why. They told me that the truck needed new coil packs, New fuel injectors and tune up. It began to shake so I took it to a car service to find out why. They told me that the truck needed new coil packs, New fuel injectors and tune up. I called the dealer they told me after so many miles on the car it is not covered under warranty. However at the time of sales the Shane the sales person neglected to mention this to me. He told me that he was going to withold my paper work until I returned to have the tracking device installed. I ws not moving fast enough so they came out to me. I never got the paper work. When I went in to talk to them, they were rude, abxnocious, and disrespectful to me. Shane laughed and asked me who was going to pay for it, The Generl Manager Shawn told me it was common sense that I should have known that the truck was not covered under warranty. He also made a false statement in saying that there was a sticker on the truck saying that the care was sold as is. I purchased this truck after getting off from work, so the transaction was completed at around 12:00 A.M. Also the back seat was missing and the rear view mirror was cracked, they alleged that they would contact me to bring the truck in to repair it but never did. More
The sales department is untrustworthy. If it is not in writing, walk away. They will make promises and alter agreed upon deals in the final moments. They like to push extended warranties at signings as writing, walk away. They will make promises and alter agreed upon deals in the final moments. They like to push extended warranties at signings as well. They do not disclose issues with their used autos and most are not covered by thier heavely promoted extended warranties. I would recommend you have the car checked out by your own mechanic but they already know that they are shaddy and will probably not allow it. Remember, our state doesn't allow you to return a vehicle after the sale. Stay away, they feed on the desperate. More
Against my better judgement I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership that I saw online. The online Manager Les was fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The problem came from I be vehicle from this dealership that I saw online. The online Manager Les was fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The problem came from I believe a finance Manager named Frank Bayer. I called Frank several times for 3 days prior to my scheduled arrival date with concerns after a put $250.00 down on the vehicle I intended to buy. Frank never returned any of my phone calls. During that 3 day period I received calls from no less then 5 different people attempting help me find a vehicle after I had already found one ( I received info from a sales associated indicating someone had altered my file in an attempt to receive the commission from my sale). I decided to not do business with Kingdom Chevy as a result of the shady actions I was made aware of. After I didn't show up on my scheduled arrival date I finally received a call from Frank. I expressed my displeasure with his services and he stated he would refund my deposit. I have been attempting to get my deposit back from Frank since Novemeber of 2011. To date I haven't received any returned calls, emails or my $250 bucks! Stay away from this place if you value your hard earned money. More
Called about car posted online. They had photos of the car in their showroom inside and out. The photos were not just stock photos, they took them there. The car in the photo was solid black. They sai car in their showroom inside and out. The photos were not just stock photos, they took them there. The car in the photo was solid black. They said it was in excellent condition and the reason for low price was because it had been on the lot too long. After a2 hr drive there, they showed us a hideous car that was spray painted black and yellow. False advertising to say the least. Don't waste your time with their bait and switch tactics. More
