As a single woman going to purchase a vehicle it can be an overwhelming experience especially since my prior experince wasn't a positive one. Chris spent hours working with me to make the deal go through, and I never felt pressured and he looked out for the the best scenario for me. Kingdom is lucky to have such a great saleman that puts women to ease. I will definately refer my friends and family to him. More

Sales representative was very friendly and honest but not management. The finance and title department is a joke. First the finance department took over 2 hours trying to secure a loan for me when there. Whe management. The finance and title department is a joke. When loan options were presented to me they only gave me what my monthly payments would be with no interest rate or break down as to what the loan would be. They also decided to add on an extended warranty without even asking me to the final purchase price. It was a rushed process in the end because they took so long trying to get finacing that in the end the dealership was closing and i didn't even get a chance to be shown features on the car. More

This dealer is a rip off; I drove from Wisconsin because they had a great price on a Malibu. I talked to a sales person over the phone for 2 weeks before I visited the dealer. I talked to a sales man by the name of Ron he told me my application was approved for 15,000. The next week I came back with my down payment when I walked in Ron looked surprised to see me. He made me wait for for 30 minutes. Finally he came back and said there was a problem with my application we have to pick out another car. I was pissed, but I picked out a lower year Malibu. I signed the paper work an went home. So a month passed and I didn't receive paper work from my finance company so I called the dealership. I called for 2 weeks no one returned my calls finally Ron called and said I had to bring the car back the finance company they used doesn't finance Wisconsin residents. I told them I wasn't bringing the car back they would have to come get it they wasted my time. Luckily I only put down $700. I gave them the run around for another month or so they finally sent someone to come and get the car. I don't know how they are still in business. They have 61 BBB complaints. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. SO BUYERS BEWARE. More

Took my vehicle in the first time because of radio,front end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for cleaning the fuel system saying that was why the engine was missing and ordered a radio. No one called me to tell me the radio was in it took almost 3 weeks to get it replaced because when I inquired about it they had sent it back stating they couldn't get in touch with me. Now I'm back for the radio, and the other pre existing problems are still there so now they want to charge a $70.00 fee to have a tech drive the vehicle to diagnose the noise in the front end if its not covered under warranty I mean REALLY!!!!! what a rip off. I'm so done with kingdom Chevrolet. More
