Don’t be fooled I have purchase my car from this dealership with salesman E.T. At first so friendly and so “helpful”. Promised me from buying my car that they will i I have purchase my car from this dealership with salesman E.T. At first so friendly and so “helpful”. Promised me from buying my car that they will include the floor mat in it. I received my car no floor mat. But that is not the issue. So 43 days in after I received my car, I realized I still didn’t receive my plates . So I call them trying to see what went wrong.( mind you I was TOLD that I WILL received my plates in my mail and that there is no work needed from my end) So once I was on the phone with Britney she tells me that I have to go to the DMV myself and get my plates myself because the salesman didn’t give me a form that needed to be filled out, and they were unable to go forward with my plates/ title. But somehow it is MY fault. Then the next day I called again, for them to give me the run about all day. Then their supervisor Dick something. Gets on the phone with me to tell me that E.Tucker was to come to my county and “deliver” my plates to me so I won’t have to go to the DMV FOR E.Tucker to call me back and tell me that none of what was promise to me was to happen. Then E.Tucker tells me how the dealership is in no position to fix THEIR mistake but can help ME resolve my problem. By having me going to the dmv and file for plates. Then when I was making him understand that I wasn’t willing to take the day off and go on my own to do something they were paid for. He went and threatened to call my installation commander (I am in the army) to tell him that My behavior was unacceptable, and tht I should be reprimanded for it. I had my NCO call them for him to say that :well I was going to go that way since she was willing to go to the DMV” But then he will PERSONALLY send me “floormat” for my car and hopefully that will make me “feel” better. I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there, nor purchase from them nor go for service over there If I could take the car back and send my business elsewhere I definitely would. More

I told him what I wanted and he instantly showed me my truck. I wanted a couple of things and they were all granted without any hesitation or problems. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professionalism and attitudes within the dealership. Only had one issue with the vehicle which I placed a call to Mr. Dougherty and within two business days, my issue was fixed. Again, without any hesitation or problems. Did work not required. Went here after driving from out of state. Filed dispute with credit card company, BBB and State Attorney Generals office. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything More

I found my new 2011 Kia Optima at King's Colonial Ford online, and contacted RJ Dilts, the Internet Sales Manager. He was very honest, upfront, and answered any questions I had via email. This past weekend, my parents and I drove to Brunswick from McRae, GA and I fell in love with it and took it home! I am loving my new car :) More

I bought a 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 from them that they drop shipped to a Washington dealer for me and the entire process was painless – and even pleasant. These cars are difficult to find and I had already had a couple of bad experiences and jacked around by a couple of local dealers trying to get one when I was tipped off to King’s Colonial. From the very first contact through the months long process of ordering one, getting it scheduled, built and delivered, King’s, and specifically RJ Dilts were fantastic to deal with! They were very honest and upfront with everything and sold the car at a very fair price.
