Because once they repo you they will keep the car and not give it back regardless if you have the money to get it back. Second of all I started working a new job and needed to change the pay dates which they say they would only to not do it. Which put my car note due before my pay date. These people are very disorganized. They will take your CASH ONLY payment to get the car, then the circus begins. I finally after weeks of calling was able to talk with Domica Chapa, the “General Manager”, which assured me this dealership didn’t operate like other dealerships. I asked if I could trade in my problematic from day one truck and she told me they make you wait 1.5 years. I explained the situation and she told me she would try to make an exception, she would write down my name and number and call me the next day, she also told me in the meantime, look at the website and see if there is another vehicle you would want if we can do a trade, at the time I told her I would rather use the money from the current truck payment towards another vehicle. She never called back and I called every 2-4 days and would only get voicemail or girls at the front desk telling me they couldn’t help me and that they would leave Domica a message, then I would call back and get the same response and they would say that’s all they could do. This lasted about 3 weeks, then they came a repossessed the vehicle and then had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t even get it back. As per usual, the “General Manager” (Domica) is no where to be found. According to the desk girls, she’s on vacation as I’m at the dealership as I write this. They will absolutely tell you what you want to hear, take your CASH payment then good luck with any customer service after that. It’s so bad, two days after I got the truck, I realized the door panels were falling off and the service guy told me that I should fix it myself because most likely, they would just put super glue on it. If that’s the kind of dealership you want to deal with, good luck. More
