I was happy the first time I took my car in for service. The second time was unacceptable. I don't think there's much that your dealership can offer me that will make me return for service. My negative review will remain as is.

Aloha, I do sincerely apologize that 1.) Your concern was not addressed immediately & 2.) we did not accommodate you the day that you came in to have your vehicle serviced. It is never acceptable to have one of our customers wait for that period of time without offering alternate transportation, especially if a loaner had been pre-reserved for you prior to your appointment. It would be our pleasure to take care of your next Lube, Oil & Filter Service as well as a complete interior and exterior detail.
