I have touched base with more than 10 dealerships and only Diako gave me an amazing price directly instead of asking me to come in there first. The price is way much better than any other dealers in DC-MD-VA area. What’s more, there is no trick in the price quote (It is the real OTD Price). I had a very bad experience with one dealership in Rockville. They posted a very low price online; however, this price was considered all the debates, like military, recent graduate and others, which is impossible to get for one person. Well, Diako was sincere to offer me an unbelievable but reasonable price via phone. When I came in King Volkswagen dealership even at 8PM, Alan and Diako still waited for me and took me to test drive the vehicle. Alan was very helpful and accommodating, who assisted me to go through all the process. He was very patient to answer my every single question. I feel like both of Diako and Alan were personally interested in helping me with my purchase and they sincerely cared about my feeling. They are like friends and not just a “salesman”. Besides, when I was about to pick up my car two days later, Diako still came in the dealership to help me go through other paperwork, like out-of-state vehicle registration and tag even he was supposed to be off on that day.
