Bad customer service and follow up. Play with the wording This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with for the following reasons: 1. The lack of customer service is ridiculous, all they worry about is just making that sell after that they don't care about you anymore. How can you sell me a brand new car and 1 month later you act like you don't know me anymore Mr. Alex Shvets. 2. There's no follow up in anything after the final sale. Mrs Andrea Moreno told me that it would take about a week to get the tags and that she will contact me to pick them up when they are ready. Not only she did not call me but when I call her to inquire about the first payment and the tags, the front desk told me that she currently had a client but she would return my call. I called her again and left her a message but she never returned my call. I had to contact BB&T and I had to talk to so many people to find and setup my account since Andrea hasn't provided me any information. As far as the tags, I called again a week later and I heard the same song "we will call you back" but they never did. I had to go there in person to ask the sales manager Mr. Alex Shvets why I was never contacted and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and just handed me the plates. Total lack of responsibility. I felt like I was begging for a service that I was supposed to be provided as a customer throughout this entire process. This a First and LAST time I deal with King Volkswagen and I would never recommend it to anybody. More
Total Waste of Time-Liars I contacted them and asked about one of their used cars. I received a response asking me when can I come and see and test drive it and I went less th I contacted them and asked about one of their used cars. I received a response asking me when can I come and see and test drive it and I went less than 2 hours later, only to find out that it was SOLD ALREADY YESTERDAY!!! The salesman wasn't even apologetic and he was trying to sell me another car. More
Best car buying experience I've ever had! I found my new VW Atlas SE with Tech on-line. I. live in Michigan. Spoke with Nora and we worked out an out the door price. This was Thursday evening, I found my new VW Atlas SE with Tech on-line. I. live in Michigan. Spoke with Nora and we worked out an out the door price. This was Thursday evening, I provided all my information and flew in Saturday morning. I spent about an hour at the dealer and left with my new car. Hands down this was the best car buying experience I have had. Did I mention the AMAZING deal I got? I highly recommend Nora and King VW if you're in the market for a new car. More

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES; FALSE ADVERTISING Buyer beware with these shady people. The use false advertising tactics to appear like they beat all the competition hands down. I drove over an hour from Northern VA to see a car because of the advertised price online (on Autotrader and the Dealership’s website). When we sat down to discuss numbers, I was informed that I didn’t “qualify” for the advertised price because I didn’t meet their criteria (i.e. to get the price advertised, one had to be military, a recent college grad, and be employed by one of a list of companies they evidently are associated with). Long story short, you probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than meeting ALL of their ridiculous criteria to “qualify” for their ADVERTISED price. Then these clowns have the audacity to charge a “freight fee” when it has already been included in the MSRP on the car window sticker. Completely shady tactics in my opinion. A company should not advertise a price if they cannot truly offer it and it shouldn’t require meeting some ridiculous criteria. Lastly, the Sales Manager was a complete xxxxxxx. He tried to blow smoke up my rear and tell me they have disclaimers on their website that state their bogus additional fees. When I called him on the freight charge, he couldn’t show me where this alleged disclaimer stated the price didn’t factor in the “freight fee” of almost $1000 that they try to charge you twice for. After almost 2 hours of haggling with this idiot, he told me they couldn’t meet the advertised price. So even if you did meet the long list of criteria they have in order to get their advertised price, they wouldn’t be able to honor it anyway. I have half a mind to report these xxxxxxx to the Better Business Bureau for unethical business practices. Save your time and money and GO ELSEWHERE!!!! More

Roland was very personable, professional, and informative when my family and I came to talk to him, and was constantly smiling. He made sure we knew all the details about the car, including its history and safety reports, and even took the time to discuss credit scores. When we went for a test drive, he was very thorough in explaining the unique features of the car and made friendly conversation throughout the ride. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience because I had the opportunity to speak with Roland Yanez. If you come to this dealership, ask for him! More
I'd recommend this dealer & manager if I hated you strongly This review was one interaction away from being a 5-star customer experience, but let me tell you why it is genuinely one of the worst dealerships I h This review was one interaction away from being a 5-star customer experience, but let me tell you why it is genuinely one of the worst dealerships I have come across. Last week, my family unfortunately made the decision to purchase a car from this dealership. We bought a new 2018 GTI that King brought in from Harrisburg, PA (100+ miles away). We met Paul Myers earlier in the week and he provided decent service, and helped us reach an acceptable price and ensured we got what we wanted. The entire experience was great until shortly AFTER we left the facility. 2 days after purchasing the car, we noticed there were tiny but visible scratches on the left front headlight. Let me note that we purchased the car on a rainy, foggy evening. So we returned to ask them that day to replace or fix the damage. This is where their true customer service was exposed, and what has made me never trust this dealership again. After presenting the damage to Paul, our sales consultant, he informed his manager about the situation, and handed over the issue to him. The sales manager, Diako Akundzadeh, was unlike any manager I have ever encountered, and not in a good way. Not only did he fail to admit to VW's lack of detailed inspection, he further blamed us of not noticing the damage on the date of purchase and accusing us for the scratches. Let me assure you that in those 2 days from taking the car off the lot to noticing the scratches, we drove the car merely less than 50 miles, and definitely did not cause the damage. In the grand scheme of things, the damage is not severe enough to return the car, but it greatly showed their lack of care for customers after securing the deal. We took Paul's word when he stated that the imported car was brand new and showed no damage when he inspected it. We did not doubt his eyes and were wow'ed by the interior features of the car when he handed us the keys. Little did we realize that we would actually need to look at every little detail in the dark, foggy rain, in the late evening to point out flaws, rather than holding the inspection service team and our sales consultant - who double checked after inspection - responsible for such defects. As a customer coming to a car dealership looking for a NEW car, scratches are the last thing I’m looking at when contemplating which car to buy. Additionally, they advertised the car as completely cleaned after bringing it in to King, but everything under the hood was filled with dust. The manager then proceeded to say the servicemen must have not seen it due to the nighttime. Not only does this exemplify their lack of care, but if they “didn’t see the dirtiness" in the station, how do you expect us, customers outside in the rain, to notice the damage to the headlight that the average eye would not recognize? Anyways, I am shocked and honestly appalled I made the decision to purchase a VW through this dealership. The company has amazing cars, but the customer service is atrocious as the cars are lovely. After their manager said he would call us the next day after discussing the situation with the rest of management at King, he never actually followed up. For a new customer who bought a car less than a week ago, it is honestly disheartening to start off with such a terrible tong with the dealership and furthermore, Volkswagen, for allowing this disgraceful customer service. More
