Also, he prevent me to go to any mechanical car or even go with you to the mechanical. I ask him if there is any problems with the car before I go to him??? he said no ...... Then I asked him does the engine run perfect ! he said Yes it run perfect ! Honestly, I don't recommend anyone who specially far a way to come to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ! More

This guy is a SCAM Artist!!! Bought an 05 Ford Excursion from Randy back in 2013. He assured me it was perfect, I paid TOP Dollar for this vehicle cash. Got the vehicle delivere Bought an 05 Ford Excursion from Randy back in 2013. He assured me it was perfect, I paid TOP Dollar for this vehicle cash. Got the vehicle delivered here in VA, and while installing a Roof Rack on top of it, noticed that the roof was totally rusted-out! There is no way in God's green earth that he or any of his employees would have missed this. He completely dismissed me when I complained about buying a car billed as being "mint" that had a 1500 dollar paint job needed on the roof. Randy is a complete schiester, beware...look elsewhere. I was drawn to the dealership from an ad displaying a very nicely maintained vehicle. Randy and his wife are very likable people and they employ a very accommodating employee named Chris. The purchase wa very nicely maintained vehicle. Randy and his wife are very likable people and they employ a very accommodating employee named Chris. The purchase was lengthy, but I did walk out with the car that I wanted. I did not expect much from a used car dealer. I wasn't looking for a "perfect" car. I was walked into purchasing a 3 month warranty that has been unusable to this point. I am not suing the dealership or filing complaints or anything like that. I am not saying that they are at fault for my purchase of a bum vehicle. Less than a month after getting the car and less than 1,000 miles the car has shut off on me while driving, the electrical system has faulted and turned off, the alternator and battery have had to be replaced, the struts are bad, the tires have warped form the struts being bad (wife said the tires just need to be balanced) the AC compressor is leaking and has to be replaced, the moonroof switch stopped working in one direction and the fuel tank won't even fill all of the way. Of course, none of these issues are covered under the Power train warranty. I bought the car. I am not auto expert and don't pretend to be one. I was relying upon the dealer (Randy's) very strong knowledge base on cars and his "hand on heart" speech about the good car that I was buying. It does certainly appear suspect that all issues covered under a warranty that was offered do not pop up yet a multitude of other issues are there. Even more so that the dealer (Randy) can talk shop with the best of them about cars and maintenance and troubles (just get him started on his detective type measures to pick up gems at the car auctions with minor problems) yet not "know" that there were this issues on the car that I was purchasing? Suspect indeed. Even then, I cannot point the finger solely at the dealership. Through my own lack of knowledge of mechanical issues on vehicles, I still purchased the car. It's on me. I paid for the vehicle in accordance with the agreement set forth by the dealer so there can be no complaints that I did not hold up my end of the bargain. I very simply asked for their opinion on what could be done. Randy gave a very heartfelt and reassuring call to me that he would help me get the car running the way it should with his guy "Jeff" in Neptune, NJ and stated that they would not "abandon me". As soon as he said this, he never returned a call back to me ever again. Used cars are a mixed bag. Get it now, before you purchase it and understand that. The only other applicable knowledge that I may share regarding my experience with this one particular dealer is that he will be very, very persuasive, reassuring, will downplay any issues that you may bring up with the car, will definitely get a bit insistent that you purchase the car, and it appears he may not always disclose what's going on under the hood based on my experience. If anything, do not rely on him to get your car back on the road no matter what he promises you. When you buy your car here, you are on your own as soon as the money is in their hands. Expect no more, but expect no less. Bring someone knowledgeable on cars with you. You will need it if your experience may be anything like mine and you will be glad that you did. Again, Randy is a great guy. There probably aren't many better people to grab a beer with. His wife is delightful and Chris is nice as well. They just can't be what they say that they are with regards to their business. I cannot recommend this dealership as such. More
I would go back in a heartbeat. I needed a good car. that looked good and at a afordable price and I got that. I'd call other adds when I'd go and see these other dealer's or even private parties it was not looked good and at a afordable price and I got that. I'd call other adds when I'd go and see these other dealer's or even private parties it was not what was told. I'd get there and be so dissapointed and wasted my time and energy and gas! I thought for my $3000 I would just have to settle for a piece of junk but this place had lots to offer. Hope that helps. JR More

Spoke with owner of this dealership several times a day for almost a full week about a car that I was very interested in. I am located very far away from this business and was very specific that this car for almost a full week about a car that I was very interested in. I am located very far away from this business and was very specific that this car needs to be mechanically sound before making the trip to come and see it. Naturally he assured me that it was. Finally the day comes and the car is still on the lot. I bring a mechanic with me and we travel for an hour and a half. When we arrive the car looks clean outside, under the hood and underneath as well. When we took it for a test drive it was a very different story. Within less than 20 seconds we knew something was terribly wrong with this car. When shifting into second gear the tachometer revved up to 4000 rpm before the transmission engaged. The clutch was obviously burned out and the linkage was damaged. We immediately turned around and went right back to the lot, with the car just barely able to make the half-block distance. We informed the owner of the problem and that it would need to be addressed before a sale was made. He said he could get the problem repaired for $200 but the cost of the car would go up and I would have to leave a deposit, basically committing to a car that I had no idea would even make the drive home. Then he admits that the extended warrantee package he offered for and additional $250 would not cover a repair such as a broken clutch. I am tired of dealers that lie and waste my time. More
