I just returned from buying a used 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer for my father. Not only was the truck better than described, but it was in new condition. All of the staff was helpful and very friendly. I drove 2 and a half hours from Connecticut just to see the car and I believe the deal we received was excellent. I did that after spending a large amount of time with a very good salesman named Carl. If I ever have to buy another used car or maybe even new I will definitely be looking to them again. I called from a newspaper ad for a GMC pick up, and spoke with Benny. I gave him all my requirements on how I wanted to purchase the truck. I went to pick up the new GMC Sierra and he had everything ready for me. I was out in 15 minutes driving my new truck. It was PERFECT. Benny is a Stand up guy and met every expectation I had. More
We were looking at a Cadillac Escalade to buy this weekend 3/6/11. My Daughter took delivery of her Caddy Escalade on Monday and had some issues and returned for Service on Wednesday. As my daughter stood there holding my 4 month old Grandson Tom in Service went crazy. Yelling that her visit was xxxxxxxx!!!!! Tom's unprofessional ranting and raving reduced my daughter to tears!!!!!! My daughter asked the other service man at the counter if she did something to set Tom off and he just said Tom was out of line, but he did not step in to stop Tom. One brake pad clip was detached causing a squeel and rattle when applying the brakes. The front tire would not hold air. 2 problems that should have been addressed at delivery 24 hours earlier... When she did get the service done the cadillac wheel symbol was not put back on the wheel that was leaking air and she had to go back in and the service tech had to find the missing part. The front Tire is still leaking air but she is afraid to go back for service!!!!!!! My daughter is giving King O'rourke time to respond yet the General Manager has yet to return her multiple phone calls. Also--- They almost did not comlete the sale as the I-Pod that was promised in their add if they took delivery before the end of February was not given to them and the Sales person said they would NOT receive it. If you cannot tell from my young daughter's experience with King O'rourke I would NEVER DEAL with them!!!!!! More
Went to the dealer for a used car. Bought the car based on price, however, the sales staff is rude and basically wants to collect a commission and nothing else. The car was not prepped except for an exter on price, however, the sales staff is rude and basically wants to collect a commission and nothing else. Went back twice to have it cleaned and after the 2nd time it was quite apparent to us they were not going to do anything.The salesman basically ignored us and hid somewhere in the building. If you can find another dealer do so! More
i went into the dealership this afternoon and had a poor experience. I delt with a rude, surly and downright nasty salesperson who wouldnt give me the time of day, his name, or even any information on the c experience. The individual was reluctant to even unlock the car for my girlfriend and I to sit in it. I am NEVER going to go to this dealership ever again for any reason- and i was planning on ordering a car from them The individual- who never gave me a name or card- was about 5'6" Gray hair, beard and mustache, and somewhat larger than other sales people. He acted as if i was interrupting his conversation when i showed up to actually buy a car. More
The service is very poor. My car was there for 3 days and nothing was done to repair it. Jason is as rude as can be. This Bavada has been in the shop every three months for the past two years. They just don't really know what they are doing there.<br><br>I would strongly recommend passing this dealership by when looking to purchase a new car. It is service after the sale that really matters and their service STINKS. More
