Confirmed all 4 tires were out of balance. Went to a trusted shop i have used before (an hour away), and they confirmed they were very much out of balance. I was there while they checked the balance prior to removing the weights and balancing again. Prior to balancing: RR - .75 - .75 LR - .75 - .50 RF - 1.00 - 1.50 LF - 1.00 - .50 After Balance - All 0 and drives great now. They also showed me the appropriate part when removing/mounting tire on aluminum rims. Its unmistakable and no way the person thought they were using the right one. You would also think they would have stopped after gouging the 1st rim, but they kept going and damaged all 4.

Mr. Arnzen, We are sorry that you are disappointed, however based on the charges per line on the invoice, you were charged less than the original estimate for both the check engine concern and the diagnosis for the AC system. That being said when discussing the oil change with the service advisor, you approved the service and declined the AC repair at that time. In addition, proper diagnostics as per GM would be to have a good working compressor before deeming a leaking condenser. In conclusion, an estimate is just that for a reason, and after tax was applied to the total amount, overcharging you is a false statement. Deana, while we don’t mind criticism, we do prefer we stick to the facts. Your comments are untrue and does not represent the accurate situation. Additionally, you’re confused who you spoke to, you did not speak to a Jimmy. Your vehicle came in as an emergency appointment because the sunroof did not work – we diagnosed the vehicle and through no fault of King O’Rourke’s, the parts were unavailable. With your approval, we applied body shop clear wrap on the vehicle to ensure no water got into the vehicle as the frame is seized and we cannot manually close sunroof without causing more damage. Before your trip you were concerned that the wrap would not last your trip so you came back without an appointment. Immediately, we brought your vehicle to the back with the Service Director and Service Advisor and prepped and cleaned your roof. We added more tape and secured it to the best of anyone’s ability to ensure you a safe trip down to South Carolina. You left and thanked us. We are not sure the discord with King O’Rourke after all that we’ve done. As recently discussed, your parts have arrived and we communicated that if another dealer could have and would have serviced you better under those circumstances, we would happily send them to the dealer of your choice. This was still unsatisfactory to you. Going forward, we do prefer that you service your vehicle elsewhere. Please let us know where to send the parts. The Service Team at King O’Rourke

You need to stick to the fact you told my husband you could not help him I needed an appointment. You couldn't touch the car that's why he asked another dealership to help close it. You didn't diagnosis it until following week when I had my appointment and you service rep asked me did the other dealer diagnose it and my husband told Seth. Well if I didn't talk to Jimmy then the voice mail from him is a ghost and he told me his name. So you need to stick to the fact. I came in because the plastic was not holding that's why I was concerned. He NEVER said go to another dealership. He harassed me over the review. You NEVER called or told me parts are in until your response here Again stick to the Facts
