There always seems to be an issue with almost any repair I have had there. That being said, they have always resolved the issue, until now. When I had rear brakes replaced, there was a tiny squealing sound I have had there. That being said, they have always resolved the issue, until now. When I had rear brakes replaced, there was a tiny squealing sound. I brought it back and they had to replace the brakes again. When I had a headlight bulb replaced, it looked much dimmer than the other (still original) bulb. Had to bring it back to be properly installed. This time I did a 4 tire change, and they scratched/damaged all 4 rims, and they were out of balance. They resurfaced the rims, but did not balance them. I had to go back again and wait 2 hours for them to balance them again. It still wasn't correct. They also moved the wheels around, and did not do a TMPS relearn. This will all have to be properly addressed by another shop. Oh, and Oil changed / tire rotations are now $189, where other GMC dealers 20 minutes away are $89. (confirmed 8/28/24) More
Jackie, and Omar are super to deal with-they treat you like family. They gave me a great deal. And so very nice. I've used a lot of dealerships in my time, but this one is easily the worst by far. My truck had an ac condenser issue and check engine light on. They diagnosed the engine light and said it's $3k for repai is easily the worst by far. My truck had an ac condenser issue and check engine light on. They diagnosed the engine light and said it's $3k for repair. I said ok go ahead with the repair. However they misdiagnosed my ac issue saying that the compressor is also bad which I knew wasn't true and is still in the truck working perfectly but we all know they work on commission so why not charge parts that still work?? Clearly I declined that repair. 50 miles down the road and my engine light comes back on. Truck goes back in the shop and they said they were backed up for a few days. 2 weeks later they still hadn't fully diagnosed the issue. I talked to the shop Manager, Kevin Donaldson, who was no help and could barely get him on the phone. When I threatened to give them a bad report on their customer service survey they sent out, they said they need approval at $220hr for 4 to 5 hrs to look into it. This is a repeat repair...I already paid 3k and it's in the shop with the SAME CODE . I pulled the truck out of there. Rose Nason was the service advisor and Kevin Donaldson, who was the service manager, were absolutely terrible to work with and completely untrustworthy. As my wife was talking to Rose about all these issues and wondering why a manager was not here talking to us dealing with this issue face to face, as any reputable dealership would, she noticed a man listening to the conversation. She realized later that it was the service manager, Kevin, standing there listening but not getting involved. What kind of manager is that? He was a few feet away and made eye contact with my wife multiple times but would not come over to discuss further. Now the dealership will respond to this with lies to make themselves look good but trust me unless you're under warranty DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I purchased a brand new Acadia from them. Their Service department is the worst. I've had 2 oil leaks, radio and screen doesn't work goes blank, the I purchased a brand new Acadia from them. Their Service department is the worst. I've had 2 oil leaks, radio and screen doesn't work goes blank, the control, don't work for radio on steering wheel but they claim they fixed it. The Lane device wasn't working their mechanic said I didn't have that function well how did I know it wasn't working if I never had it I would have never known it was working. I went home and fixed it myself and I'm not even a GM mechanic. Their was a hose not working they kept trying to clean it and a few days later service engine light came on. Finally fixed it but looking at some of my invoices I was told they did one thing and then it says did warranty work so guess they are lying to me or frauding GM. My gas tank never stays closed which can cause condisation and mess up my gas and waiting for another one to be replaced. Last time they replaced the gas tank chipped the paint around my gas tank. The lower body of the car was coming off the first week I had it and was told if can't get it not their problem it's GMs problem. Now the other side is peeling. My Sunroof came off and my husband did was stop in and ask for them to get it closed until my appointment since was going to rain. They told him No. He went to a dealership in Nassau on way to work and they helped him. They taped it with duct tape and told me they can't guarantee it will hold til parts came in. Now my car when I drive it I have water dripping on my feet. So I put a claim into GM they have told me 2x that King O'Rourke said my parts are in. When I called last week Jimmy told me they weren't in and would be a long time before they came in and hung up on me. Today 7/12/24 was the best. Jimmy called me all nasty saying I called him 5x today about my car and he was returning my calls. I never called him. I have my call log and going to get a print out from phone company to prove it. He then proceeded to get nasty because someone else was in the room because I could here them on speaker asking me why I wanted to come back to the dealership if I wrote such a bad review about them on Facebook. That's what the call was about and the fact that GM told me the parts were in and I told them about him telling me not coming in for a long time and hanging up on me. This man called me to harass me and mind you again I did not call him I was at work today and then at Sloan Kettering Memorial for cancer treatment. He kept bringing up the reviews on Facebook. My husband called him since I was upset and the Big ol man wouldn't get on the phone with him. Guess only all big and bad with women. Stay clear of this dealership the salesman are no better Tommy salesman manager said to me when I went in with a 2nd oil leak no big deal. I only had 23,000 miles on the car. If you post a bad review they will block you on Social media. More
