He was acting like he was surprised... afterwards I spoke with Mrs DMV lady in the office mind you this is a family owned business. The mouth on this snake spitting venom I didn't even sit down already trying use malicious intent with her sales tactics I was told "if you don't buy the car today some one else will" after I told her the car misfire 🤷🏾‍♂️ now she's upset. Later that evening I finally got to test drive the car me & Tiny went on a adventure to a mechanic thats unbiased... the car didn't have interior lighting at all... electrical issues🚩, so I proceeded back to the dumpster fire. They were friendly and helpful until they got my money. I have now owned my vehicle justt 1 month shy of a year. They sold me a DREAM. The crappy extended warranty they sold me for about $3000 refuses to cover the repairs so basicically I'm screwed. Stay far away from this dealer if you can. I bought a used 2001 Hyundai Elantra from Mak MInt. They fixed the axil on the car and led me to believe that the car was in perfect condition. However the day I went to pick up the vehicle as soon as I dro fixed the axil on the car and led me to believe that the car was in perfect condition. However the day I went to pick up the vehicle as soon as I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. I then brought the car back to them and Todd the sales person who sold the car to me scanned the engine to see the problem he then said that when they fixed the axil something went wrong with speed sensor. Todd explained that they do not cover speed sensors and I would have to pay to have that fixed myself which is ridiculous. They are the ones who cause the sensor to malfunction. And further more they passed the car for inspection but yet the same day the check engine light came on which is illegal to do. I then went ahead and brought my car to the hyundai dealer it self and after they took a look at my car they explained to me that I need over 1500 dollars worth of work on my car. They found a major oil leak, the brakes needed fixing, three different kinds of sensors needed to be replaced and my air bag light is on. This place will rip you off stay away. I have reported them to DMV and The Better Business Bureau. More

The vehicle they gave us, ( we weren't allowed to pick out a different vehicle), lasted 1 day before the complete drive shaft fell out of the bottom of it, onto the street. 3.We were dumb enough to sign the contracts (without being filled out) before we got our vehicle because we thought we were getting the original vehicle we wanted. The contract was mailed to us later and the interest rate is %24.9. The representative lied to us, and deliberately left out the interest rate. Now we are stuck. 4. The vehicle that was supposed to replace the vehicle in reason #2, had a bad transmission which went out on us a week after we drove it. 5.Since the day we gave our down payment which was 12/10/2009, up until today, 1/21/2010, we had an operating vehicle to drive a total of 8 days. Our payment due date was calculated from 12/10/2009, and they dont care that we didnt have a vehicle through no fault of our own. Our FIRST payment was still due on 1/16/2010, just as if we have had the truck and everything was okay. BUT THEY GAVE US A PIECE OF JUNK THAT'S NOT EVEN SAFE TO DRIVE AROUND !!! There you have 5 reasons why I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing any kind of business with Mak Mint! They are thieves ! They will scam you out of your money, and you will be sitting, wondering how you're going to get out of a huge mess ! Oh did I mention the vehicle was listed on the internet for 3995.00 but when I got the paperwork in the mail weeks later I was charged 4500.00, and the amount I will have paid when this peice of scrap metal is paid off will be almost 7000.00 !! I could go on and on ! Take it from me, STAY AWAY FROM MAK MINT !!!!! More
