One of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. I spoke with Filipe the day before and told him what I was looking for and that I had seen the Kia Forte GT on King Kia website. He looked it up an I spoke with Filipe the day before and told him what I was looking for and that I had seen the Kia Forte GT on King Kia website. He looked it up and said it was in stock. I told him I was a serious buyer and I would be driving from a pretty far distance so if I was coming in that I would be purchasing the car. We discussed the financing options and he let me know what I was looking at payment wise. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, he sent me paperwork to hold the vehicle and the next day we came in an purchased the car. Filipe had already had the car cleaned and ready for us prior to our arrival. The transaction between us and the dealership was smooth and seamless. We had a hiccup with our trade in that delayed things but that was no fault of Kia. This is my first Kia and I am very happy with my purchase so far and even though King Kia is a pretty far distance from my home I would shop there again because of the outstanding service we received.
