Oil change and 40 point check Went into this dealer this morning for oil change, tire rotation and 40 point check. After about 2 hrs the service men came up to me and told oil change was done but during checkup the mechanic found the linceplate light and both break light were not working and to repair it would cost a additional $ 150. I told the service men that I found that strange as I always check those things and that I was sure they working as I brought in the car. So after I paid I went to get some light bulbs. Coming home and unscrewing the light fixture I discover the light bulbs were taking out and after putting them back everything was working. So I call up the dealer and ask why. He answer the mechanic didn't do that. So I told him either you lying or the mechanic never check proper More

Unpressured, fluid, easy I came in at the beginning of the month and test drove a vehicle. I changed my mind about purchasing and was going to hold off until late Fall. Daniel sent me an email a week later just checking up on me, no pressure, just proper sales technique in letting the customer know that he was still there. I decided to purchase a few weeks later and Daniel was there to answer questions for me via email, took pics of cargo space for me and other measurements without delay.
