Buyer Beware! Finance Manager is RUDE. I would like to start off by saying we have bought (3) cars from King Kia. One Optima and two Sorento's. The salesman Roy was great! Professional, c I would like to start off by saying we have bought (3) cars from King Kia. One Optima and two Sorento's. The salesman Roy was great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The service department has been great as well. I am giving an honest review of the financing side because I want everyone to know what they may experience when they deal with the rude, insulting, ignorant and condescending Finance Executive Valerie Brennan. I was getting our normal service so I thought I would go upstairs to look at the 2015 Sorento. I should have known better because I had a similar experience when we bought our last car with this same person. After seeing the great salesperson, I was speaking with Valerie and when I told her my credit was less than stellar she replied, "If you are telling me that than we won't touch you!" She also said "if I remember correctly, your wife's credit is terrible too." What a courteous way to start a conversation. Let's see, we bought three cars from you in the last four years from you, my wife's credit score is in the high 700's and just because you have a high amount of debt doesn't mean you have bad credit. I think a better approach might have been to tell me that our credit may be challenging to work with but we will try to figure a way to do it. Something like that. Now people reading this might think I am being over sensitive about what was said. I can only reply that when you are discussing people's credit, it should be discussed with care. You shouldn't insult people. This is the reason why we will never buy from King Kia again. The Finance department lady is rude! Lastly, the owner called me and he was completely clueless. This car dealership is amazing. I saw their prices online and thought they were to good to be true. So I went to gaithersburg to see for myself. It's true, the prices were lower than other of their online and thought they were to good to be true. So I went to gaithersburg to see for myself. It's true, the prices were lower than other of their competitors. If you want a great deal go to King Kia. More

Sales Manager whose name is Valerie. She is tricky. She told you a very good price on the phone, when you arrived after 3 hours then told you it's sold out 20 min ago!!
