Mr. Daniel Rouff will help you save your time and money! I went to over 6 dealer shops to buy a car. It may be because I am a foreigner or not, but all of the dealers asked money more expensive than I expec I went to over 6 dealer shops to buy a car. But that price didn't come from outlasting endless gamesmanship or double talk. I was able to get a good price up front on the phone, and then King delivered a quote that was even better. Hugo was my sales rep, and he was courteous, genuine, and clearly knowledgeable about the car's features. Most of the time, sales reps are fumbling through describing features and just BS their way through most of it. Hugo knew his stuff, and it was greatly appreciated. Ruben was my sales manager, and he was absolutely straight with me from beginning to end. He bent over backward to accommodate my requests and was extremely courteous. He and Hugo made a great team. Christina handled finances, and she did an excellent job explaining each step of the process, answering my questions, and completing everything in a timely fashion, with the same level of courtesy as Hugo and Ruben. Everyone involved valued my time. I was in the dealership for less than 2 hours in total. I highly recommend King Kia and they will be my first stop in the future when shopping for a new Kia. More
