My salesman, Brian, was very friendly and helpful. However, the finance lady was not. I would not recommend going to this place unless you plan to go during your bank's business hours and finance thro However, the finance lady was not. From the beginning to the end of the purchase Jamal was absolutely fantastic. I initially contacted Kia and promptly received a return call from Jamal about the car I was interested in. During the test drive he was very personable in conversation. During the all important process of pricing and trade-on I felt as though Jamal was working for me while balancing his loyalty to his companies interest. In comparison to other dealerships I worked with the trade in was on par with the best offers I was receiving elsewhere. We initially were a ways apart on pricing, and Jamal understood the price range I was confined to and found a way to make the deal work. In summary, the most important thing is buying a car that is affordable, but the next important to me is to feel as though my purchasing experience was enjoyable and leave feeling as all parties involved were satisfied. We stopped in Laurel Kia to test drive a Volvo. After we did not care for it, Andrew Ortiz worked with us in finding out exactly what we were looking for in our new vehicle.
