He knew a lot about the car that I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure to buy a particular car and he understand my financial parameters. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and Pierce made sure that I understood all aspects of my purchase. He shared his candy and made me laugh. The most not "horrible" car buying experience I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte from Mike Vacca. He was just really calm, not pushy, or condescending. Even with the technical difficulties their system was facing we were as " in and out" as you can be when buying a car. This is the first time I didn't have to walk away a hundred times and wait hours to get the interest rate I was hoping for, honestly they offered that on the phone after a brief meeting (my son was sick at school, so we had to pick him up) then when we returned we were offered a lower rate, really that easy? Don't waste your time with other dealerships. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience Ever I purchased my first KIA Optima in 2009 from Laurel KIA and that’s when I first met Jamal Allen. The experience then was nice and Jamal was the sales I purchased my first KIA Optima in 2009 from Laurel KIA and that’s when I first met Jamal Allen. The experience then was nice and Jamal was the sales person that talked me into purchasing the Optima. I didn’t know what a Optima was until he showed me the model. I was very pleased and enjoyed my experience at Laurel KIA. Six years later I decided that I wanted to keep an Optima for my vehicle, but I wanted an up to date version, so I called Laurel KIA and asked for Jamal and kind of thought that he wouldn’t be working there any longer, but he was and he told me to come in to see what they could do for me. My experience was great; Jamal remembered me and treated me like we’ve been talking every day since he met me six years ago. I was so pleased with his down to earth and personable attitude, which made me feel comfortable with making my decision to come back to KIA. He listens to exactly what I wanted and then delivered. It didn’t take all day either; he was straight forward and told me which car would be a great fit for me and now I’m in my new up to date KIA Optima. Jamal even impressed my 15 year old son with his knowledge. I can honestly say that I will be back to Laurel KIA and will recommend them to friends and family More

Within minutes of me explaining what I was looking for in a new Sorrento Pierce had the keys for several models! He took the time to explain differences (detailed) in the different trim packages and features so it was easy for me to decide which Sorrento to drive off in. I love working with Pierce as he is customer focused, polite and professional. Once I decided which vehicle to take, he worked with Steve on my trade and pricing - what a great duo the Yorks make at Laurel Kia! Lisa in Finance completed all that tedious paperwork with ease and took the time to explain everything I was signing! She was excellent to work with on this normally nerve-racking money commitment. High marks to Laurel Kia on keeping the focus on their customers! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Pierce at Laurel Kia!
