A year plus later we attempted a trade-in at Toyota and we were informed that the vehicle wasn’t worth much because of a severe accident noted on the carfax report. Immediately I reached out to Jamal “the red bowtie” at Kia and explain the dilemma for this was something we were not made aware of upon purchase. Of course Jamal and the dealership management denied any knowledge of an accident prior to the sale. At first they seemed eager to assist us with making things right. Hours later after Jamal had a meeting with management and finance, he told us the best deal they could give us was a vehicle downgrade and payments over $1100 per month. They were not willing to honor the original trade-in value nor were they willing to reimburse us for the overpriced vehicle. This is a prime example of a dealership that says and does what is needed to make a sale but does not strive to maintain customer satisfaction thereafter. And the sad part is, after we purchased the Sedona we went back to Laurel Kia and purchased a brand new 2016 Kia optima. Is this how you treat a return customer? We then contacted the Kia manufacturer and they told us that it was nothing they could do because this dealership was independently owned! I don’t understand why they are unable to assist when it is there brand name that is at stake. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! They will sell you any deal but will not care about the sale afterwards. More

This was the first time I ever leased a car and because of his awesome demeanor, transparency in the process, and customer service, this was a pleasant experience. As a woman shopping for a new vehicle, it can be extremely challenging because sales people can often be aggressive and pushy. Darrel was the complete opposite. I explained my needs in a vehicle and how much I was looking to spend. Darrel took that information and translated it into a great deal within my timeframe, without any fuss or pressure. I highly recommend Darrel and Laurel Kia. Lisa also helped me complete my paper work. She and Darrel were truly a pleasure working with during my purchase. From the time I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Jamal who was extremely helpful in listening to my needs and concerns about buying a car. He gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the purchase of my new Kia Soul. I also had a very good experience with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and kind. He worked out a miracle as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend this lot to anyone that is in need of a new car. The service department is also fantastic!
