I still haven't received the vehicle title. (60 days after purchase, temporary plate expired). I purchased a used cargo van in April/2022 with salesperson Jorkaef O. I contact him many times by phone and personally going to the dealer store to get the tittle. He told Kia Laurel store was sold to another buyer, who couldn't do anything to me. Me trying to solve the problem (although not my part), i contact the lady Christine ( she is working outside for KIA on MVA, DMV ). I got no response from KIA LAUREL, now is KING KIA LAUREL, or Christine. I have many projects stopped, i can not go with van, im loosing time and money with this problem with Kia. Pierce York is a self righteous jerk! He was unknowledgeable about the inventory- had zero idea about the specs on the truck we wanted- was rude when we asked to drive the vehicle even when he K unknowledgeable about the inventory- had zero idea about the specs on the truck we wanted- was rude when we asked to drive the vehicle even when he KNEW we had driven over 3.5 hours to see it- and had contact with my Husband before we left home to go there. He basically had zero desire to make the sale and was an absolute xxx in the process. DO NOT consider this dealership as an option. Buy yourself a horse- or a moped first! More

Took my wife for a Christmas gift and she picked a Kia sorrento. The sales team was professional except they failed to inform me that there was only one key fob. They run around $200 dollars. My problem is a day later my credit was used to apply for an Sba loan. I'm not accusing laurel Kia but I don't believe in coincidence either. I called during the holidays and left a message expressing my concerns but have yet to hear back from the manager. We still love the sorrento but question whether to do refer laurel Kia to are friends. More
HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!! I purchased a used truck in good faith in January and hardly drove it til Spring. First oil change, my mechanic said underbody coated with a Linex material to disguise rust. Within a week, the power steering line busted. Towed it to different mechanic and that mechanic said brake rotors and pads worn down and never would have made it through any inspection. A couple of weeks later, the brake line busted. I tried to work in good faith with Laurel Kia but the owner did not respond to my requests. I can not recommend this dealer bc they a.) disguised a problem b.) didn't inspect the truck properly. WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DID NOTHING AT ALL TO MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR ME. (Pierce York was my salesperson and I found it easy to work with him. I thought to myself that I would go back and buy cars from Laurel Kia in the future bc my sales experience was good but I discovered that they a.) hid a problem by coating the underbody to disguise the issue prior to sale b.) and didn't inspect properly because the brake pads and rotors were worn all the way down. I tried in good faith several times to work through Pierce w/Laurel Kia and NO RESOLUTION). LAUREL KIA DID NOT OPERATE IN GOOD FAITH IN MY OPINION. More
Horrible experience with sales person via telephone. I inquired about purchase of used Scion IQ and was told there is no negotiating and unable to transfer tag from Virginia to new vehicle purchase even t inquired about purchase of used Scion IQ and was told there is no negotiating and unable to transfer tag from Virginia to new vehicle purchase even though I am VA resident. Stated it was due to theft and regulations by DMV. This was not true. Waste of time. More

I was searching for a very specific vehicle, a 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo in Burnished Copper with all black interior. Several dealerships contacted me but didn't provide the right car or the right deal. Darrel was extremely patient and honest and I appreciated his tenacity and commitment to making sure this deal worked for me. I had a great customer experience in that I conducted this transaction almost entirely via text and email. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it was very important to me to adhere to the social distancing and shelter at home orders, this process made it easy to do just that. Then in my final request, I asked Darrel if the car could be delivered to my home and he obliged. You just can't beat that type of customer service! When I saw my new car pull up, I screamed . . . my day had been made! I signed a few papers and Darrel was on his way. He was the best and Laural Kia is the best to have him! More
