Satisfied with OVERALL service !!! Was satisfied with everything , except the fact that the parts that were needed for my repairs had to be ordered , BOTH times ? By that I mean , left Was satisfied with everything , except the fact that the parts that were needed for my repairs had to be ordered , BOTH times ? By that I mean , left car Saturday 06/08 , did analysis & had to order parts for the actual repair . Therefore , I had to bring car back , Saturday 06/15 , parts were Replaced & additional analysis done resulted in having to bring car back another weekend ??? It SHOULD NOT take 3 weeks to do the repairs that I needed ? Parts Department needs to have more parts in stock !!!! More

Highly recommend the advisor I got and the technician as well, he actually took the time to go with me on the highway and drive the car so he could feel the problem I was stating ... Sergio Gutierrez was my advisor so if you have to take your car in I highly recommend you asking for him. I had bad experiences in the past with the previous advisor I had but this time everything was perfect!!! More
