Pleasant experience I found getting my car serviced at King was very easy. The young lady, Allysa greated me at the service area and explained the service my car needed. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repa Rick Ritacco is a great asset to the owners of King Automotive. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repair for the last two weeks. After little or no action I brought my concern to the service manager Rick Ritacco. Rick listened to my story and moved to make the necessary repair in less then a day. Prior to speaking with Rick I was told that the earliest the repair could be done was Tuesday 9/25. Poor customer service led me to the service manager Rick Ritacco. This is not the way things should work. Thanks again to Rick for his help and I hope that future service visits can be handled with the same high level of concern and passion displayed by Rick Ritacco.
