Awesome staff, great deal on new Ford Explorer! I've always dreaded going to buy a car. With that said allow me to disribe, in one word, my experience dealing with King Ford of Murphy NC. Awesome! From the time my wife and I walked onto the sales lot until we sat down with the salesman we felt comfortable and under no pressure to buy. We explained the type of vehicle we were looking for and the sales person took notes. The salesman found the exact car we were looking for, gave us top dollar for our trade-in and gave us a great deal on a new 2017 Ford Explorer. Our sales person was Russ Cagle and he is wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend King Ford of Murphy to anyone wanting a great car buying experience. When our new Explorer was delivered Russ Cagle walked us through the basics of the options and how they worked which was very much appreciated. Thanks Russ and King Ford you are the best. More

We had never met him before, but I'm glad we did. We never felt pressured in any way, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and treated us like you would expect someone to treat a good friend. You don't always think of a car/truck sales person as honest, but we never had a moments doubt about Russ' honesty. I would recommend him to anyone planning to visit King Ford, you won't be disappointed. We also were very pleased with the finance manager, Chris Atkins, who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. What can be a tedious chore when dealing with purchasing/financing (so much paperwork!) turned in to a very pleasant experience.
