Our salesman was Russ Ca We purchased (please don't cringe you loyal Ford truck owners) a used Chevrolet Silverado from King Ford a couple months ago. Our salesman was Russ Cagle. We had never met him before, but I'm glad we did. We never felt pressured in any way, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and treated us like you would expect someone to treat a good friend. You don't always think of a car/truck sales person as honest, but we never had a moments doubt about Russ' honesty. I would recommend him to anyone planning to visit King Ford, you won't be disappointed. We also were very pleased with the finance manager, Chris Atkins, who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. What can be a tedious chore when dealing with purchasing/financing (so much paperwork!) turned in to a very pleasant experience. Thank you Russ and Chris and King Ford for such a great buying experience. More
