oil changed Every time we come in for our oil change on our 2018 Jeep,we have to wait around 3 hours or more or we get told to come back the next day. Early when we bought our Jeep we had the oil changed and they didn’t tighten down the oil filter,when my wife drove off,we lost oil pressure and the oil was everywhere under the Jeep. A mixed review The after hours drop off box is located between bushes, on the side of the building, with no pavers leading to it and no signs indicating it's locatio The after hours drop off box is located between bushes, on the side of the building, with no pavers leading to it and no signs indicating it's location. You literally have to step into mulch and between bushes to drop your key off, after hours. For those of us who work later than the dealership's service hours, the drop off box is a necessity. There were only a few envelopes and every one of them were wet. There was no pen. From a consumer's perspective, it feels like your Dealership is saying "go away. If you can't make it here within the window of our regular business hours then we don't need your business." This may not be the impression that your dealership wishes to convey; however, it was how I felt. After my vehicle was serviced, nobody called (I left 2 phone numbers) to let me know that the service was complete and my vehicle was ready for pickup. We own a Jeep, a Nissan and a Toyota and I have to say that employees at both the other dealerships are friendlier and the small details are not overlooked. My comments should not be construed as a complaint; I'm simply responding as honestly as I can to your solicitation for my feedback. I love my Jeep and would equally love to see your dealership take steps to match the service that we receive at the other aforementioned dealerships. Actual service on my vehicle was as expected, so I am happy with the service that was performed. Based on my experience, however, the overall experience lags behind other area dealerships. As a side note, this survey is forcing me to select employ names, when I do not know the name of the employees who worked on my car or whom I had interacted with.
