While I have yet to use the Service Department with my new vehicle, the 2013 was in this Service Depaertment on several occasions..and each time was repaired in a timely fashion...and each time performed like new . Horrible Service Department Horrible service department, in particular Tim Bearden and Brian. I will never buy a vehicle from this company based off my experience. Took vehicle in today for a minor issue and was not even given a copy of my invoice. Part was previously ordered wrong and service advisor Brian asked me to pay for a loose trim on a car with 14k miles. I hope all Acura service departments are not like this. More
