Mike on the Ford Service side needs to either one be retrained or two let go. This guy is super rude, he walks around like he owns the place and treats customers like kids. Collision Center miss managed Had my car go in for a new bumper and grille. I was told it would take 2 - 3 days. After constant calls with little response after 3 weeks, I contacte Had my car go in for a new bumper and grille. I was told it would take 2 - 3 days. After constant calls with little response after 3 weeks, I contacted the general manager. He promised me he would over see the project and call me with an update as well as making sure the job was done right. I never heard from him again and half a week later I was told my car was ready. The net result was the bumper and grill were replaced but they could not seem to match the paint color. The shop managers reply was “ On a sunny day it does not look too far off”... I would not recommend this shop. I am not replacing this car at Kindle. I am willing to travel beyond my area when replacing the car. More
