He made sure I knew exactly what was happening with each stage of the buying process. Once it was time to get down to finance, Greg was absolutely wonderful. He too was very friendly and he was able to get me financing and at a price I could afford. He also made sure I understood all my options and explained the warranties and gap insurance available. Throughout my entire experience, I always felt that I was being treated fairly and with respect, and that my ultimate satisfaction was Kindle Ford's goal. It never felt like they were just trying to "sell" me, rather, I felt as though I was being taken care of by friends I could trust. We saw a Mercury Mariner on the lot & decided that was "the car". After getting a price quote, we decided to sleep on it. We arrived the next morning to find it sold.
