We are very pleased with how efficiently our recent purchase of a used Ford Edge went with Denise's help. A leaking tire problem the next day was handled quickly by Blaine's crew in Service. We saw a Mercury Mariner on the lot & decided that was "the car". After getting a price quote, we decided to sleep on it. We arrived the next morning to find it sold. Denise compared the Mariner to the Ford Escape, and we found that the Escape had the features we were looking for! She took the time to show us how the sync features worked and even set it up for us. Service was excellent and prompt. Service Manager was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We were originally looking to purchase a used car feeling we could not afford a new vehicle. Denise showed us how with our down-payment and other incentives we were able to afford the same monthly payment fo we could not afford a new vehicle. I recently use Kindle Ford service for my 1994 F150 truck which needed many repairs to get it to run again. Ed Rohrer, the service manager for Ford Products handled my repairs with alot of expertise. Let me start by saying how much I love my 20011 Ford Focus! This was my 3rd purchase from Denise Kennedy Watson as well as from Kindle Ford Auto Plaza. When I brought my old car in for routine service, which is when I was advised that my best bet would be to look into a new vehicle. My immediate reaction was to walk into Denise’s office and see what she recommended. After a bit more research and a few test drives her initial car was the one I drove off the lot with. I know when I walk into Denise’s office I don’t have to haggle for a price or question if I could have purchased it for less somewhere else. That’s the dealership I can feel good about sending friends and family to. Denise makes Kindle an easy place to purchase a car from as well as to refer a friend. All in all I am super pleased with my selection and with the level and quality of service provided by all employees at Kindle Auto Plaza! Happy Holidays! More

The service dept does a great job! Any concerns are with the product. I have had two vehicles serviced over the past ten years. All my service work has been done at this dealership.
