5 -stars. Kindle Auto Plaza is a great dealership. I bought a pre-owned Volkswagen Beetle from them, and the entire staff did a terrific job. My salesperson, Ms. Karen Lehmann, was knowledgeable and thorough. She followed through with e-mails and phone calls regarding my purchase almost instantly. Karen was by far the best auto salesperson I have ever had. I had a maintenance issue after the purchase, and Kindle came through to cover the cost of repair. Everything with this dealership is up front and honest. Mr. Greg Southward did a great job in the finance department as well. I highly recommend Kindle Auto. More

We first purchased a Ford Taurus at Kindle in 1991. Our salesman was Rob Walker. He was happy, enthusiastic and knowledgable about all the products on sale. We have since purchased a 1995 Ford Aerostar, 1 salesman was Rob Walker. He was happy, enthusiastic and knowledgable about all the products on sale. We have since purchased a 1995 Ford Aerostar, 1998 Ford Taurus, 2005 Dodge Caravan and 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. Each time requesting & working only with Rob Walker. We have used the service center for at least the first four years of ownership of the '91 Taurus, '95 Aerostar, '98 Taurus. I will not bring the '05 Dodge ot 2010 Chrysler anywhere else for servicing. We even bought a new set of tires from Kindle service center. We are obviously very pleased with Kindle & Robbie Walker. I highly recommend Kindle Ford and Albert. The customer service and courteous treatment throughout is great. It does not change. I am contacted in advance to remind me of any updates and or sevice needs. During the term of the lease Albert contacts me to make sure everything is working properly and I am satisfied with the car. When the lease is coming due Albert calls to make sure I have everything inplace. When I arrive at the dealership to pickup my new car Albert takes the time to review new items in the car and answers any questions. I am encouraged to bring the car back for any additional help. As a realtor I need to have a reliable car at all times. The fact that I know I also have a Kindle Ford and Albert for support is an added benefit Kindle Ford and Albert are an assest to the community. More

Albert is great to deal with. This is the second purchase I have made through Albert. In the 3 years from when I got my first car he ket in contact with me and even called to wish me a happy birthd purchase I have made through Albert. I recently took one of my F-250's to Kindle Ford for a nagging front end steering issue that another local Ford dealer had told me they had "repaired 100%" while still under my manufacturers warranty. Come to find out the lower and upper ball joints had gone bad and needed to be replaced, but now my original warranty is expired and I am left hanging in the breeze with a repair that will cost thousands of dollars. I explained to Luke Wilson and Paul Stadnicar my situation with having taken my vehicle to another dealer first while under warranty. They contacted Ford Motor Company and were issued the proper documents to cover the work under my original expired warranty. I cannot be more in debt to these two gentlemen.
