My husband and I traveled an hour and a half to purchase a car from Albert at Kindle. Sure there are many delers where we live who would have sold us a car but our past experiences at Kindle keeps us coming a car from Albert at Kindle. Denise was great to deal with. I told her over the phone what i was looking for and she got it on the first van. I have custody of a handicap grandson and i needed to see if i could get his wheelchair in th what i was looking for and she got it on the first van. I love the Kindle Staff except Greg Southward. Greg was my only negative dealing with Kindle. Greg was a high pressure Finance Manager who keep pushing to sell me a extend warrenty along with other service my only negative dealing with Kindle. He continue to mail those items to my house for almost a year until I call and demanded that they stop. When I took signed the final papers for my wrangler he kept pushing several sales choice on me even after I told him no. There is nothing worse then a high pressure finace manager when your trying to fix a new car that is under warrenty. The Kindle staff as a whole is dedicate to there customer and will work until the problem is solve. More
