I was hesitant when i walked in because of previous experiences with other car dealerships. The minute I sat down with Robbie he put me at ease and his attentiveness exceeded my expectations. He became more of consultant than a car salesman. He listened to my needs and overcame the challenges I came in with, "shakey" credit and a previous loan on my existing car at the time. Despite the credit and previous loan Robbie still got my in a respectable vehicle with affordable payments. Now I have someone I can always go to for help that I trust and I live over an hour away but I cant see going anywhere else but Kindle. Congratulations to Kindle for having somebody like Robbie I can only imagine he is a big part of who the Kindle Auto Plaza family is and how you would want your organization represented. More

Bobby Lind was a professional in every way from the initial visit to the check-out. Buying a vehicle is very frustrating for me. He diligently searched all dealers to get the exact soecifications that I required. He never made me feel like taking a vehicle that was outfitted with accessories that I didn't want or need. When my husband and I finally felt ready for a new vehicle, Albert Thalheimer was the "go to" ales person we wanted for our new car experience. On June 2, 2012, my husband and I stopped to see Albert about a new car. While we were waiting to begin, my husband went to the lot and picked out a Red Ford 2012 Escape. Albert went over all the key points of the Escape and its many accessories with us. He even went outside with us to show us the features we had reviewed. We spoke about financing at 0% and decided we would purchase the Escape and finalize the paper work on the upcoming Monday, June 4, 2012. On Monday, all of the paperwork was ready to complete; we liked how efficient Albert was in preparing for our "signing". Albert informed us that he and Karyn Lehmann had found another route for the financing (to our advantage) and of course, we were very pleased. My husband and I noticed how smoothly our signing went with Albert and Karyn working as a team. Before we knew it, we were the proud owners of our Red Ford 2012 Escape! Also, we observed that Albert is such a good communicator with all of the others who assist him. The entire process of purchasng our vehicle was so pleasureable due to the way in which Albert Thalheimer helped us at every step of the purchase. The last thing I expected on my visit to Kindle, to "look around", was to drive away in a beautiful new used car. He and Gregory Southward, Financial Manager, worked together to finalize the transaction,which included financing for a person with less then stellar credit. They were amazing and focused on keeping my payments within my desired price range. Even while servicing other customers at the same time, they made me feel that I was the most important person at Kindle that day. As I drove home in my new car all I could think was: "What just happened?" and "I'll never buy a car anywhere else but at Kindle!". More
