This is a group of terrible people. I was in the middle of buying a vehicle and they sold it out from under me. The sales person Tim didnt respond to texts. I had already gotten a loan approval and taken out insurance and sent it to Brian the credit manager. I had asked hime many times to send me the deal so I knew what I was paying. While waiting he put the deal for another buyer. THE CAR WAS GONE!!!!!! LOUSY PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
Mike on the Ford Service side needs to either one be retrained or two let go. This guy is super rude, he walks around like he owns the place and treats customers like kids.
