Service Department has improved significantly I purchased a 2012 BMW 750Li (European Delivery) with Bob Siltman as my salesperson and Bob was extremely knowledgeable of the car and its many detail I purchased a 2012 BMW 750Li (European Delivery) with Bob Siltman as my salesperson and Bob was extremely knowledgeable of the car and its many details. He has had tremendous followup throughout my ownership. It takes a great salesperson to sell cars but it takes a Great Service department to keep me coming back and that is Exactly what Kimberly BMW supplied. The first year after purchase I was nearly finished with the service department but they changed management and the past 3 years have been markedly better and now I will buy from Bob again due to this tremendous improvement. Jeff and Andy; service mechanics have also allowed for this Fantastic improvement. More

service appointment I made an appointment to get a misfire problem on my Ram truck. Appointment was for 8 AM on 8-25-16. Called to check on truck at 3 pm & was told it was not in yet, but would be next. Called in at 12:30 next day & truck still not in. went in at 4 pm & truck still outside. Talked to service manager & was told how busy the were & an appointment did not mean they would work on my truck then. Took my truck & went home. Sent registered letter to store manager on 8-26-16 to let him know about my treatment at his dealership. As of today 9-5-16 I have had no response. Took my truck to another Ram dealer today & they pulled it in & started working on it. More
The service department is the worst! I have nothing but problems with the service department since buying a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have had a tire that has been losing air since I got it I have nothing but problems with the service department since buying a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have had a tire that has been losing air since I got it and after trying to correct it. They can't even seem to rotate right. The tire with the pressure issue was on the left front when I had them rotate the tires they moved it to the right front rather than the right rear where it should have been placed. The only reason I know this because the warning light came on and I went to where the tire with the problem was not in back where it should have been. To try and hide the problem they would over inflate the tires. All the other tires always have the same amount of pressure. I have tried talking to them but my efforts fall on deaf ears. More

The service writer insisted it was the 50k service no matter how many times I tried to correct him. After I dropped the car off a week later, they called and again insisted the service was 50k and that I also needed an additional $700 of "recommended" service. When I told the caller that I wanted the service indicated in the owners manual for 56k, all of a sudden the caller began saying she couldn't hear me. I finally had to hang up after repeated attempts to get her to acknowledge what I wanted. Bottom line, I'll have to try someplace else for routine service. FYI, DID NOT REPLY TO MY INITIAL ONLINE SERVICE REQUEST ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE EMAIL THEY SENT LATER HAS A BOGUS RETURN ADDRESS. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service as they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner. My only concern was with the pricing, as this is the only BMW dealership within a 100 mile radius, the service prices tend to be a little more money as they have a monopoly on this sector of the market. In June of 2012, we had our Chrysler Sebring in for diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged us a bundle for one level of testing, then proceeded to perform more tests that we did not authorize. When we told them we had not asked for these additional tests, they charged us anyway and would not release the car until it was paid. Even with all that expensive testing, they did not find the actual problem. Now--six months and three mechanics later, we finally discovered the problem, but in the meantime it has cost us hundreds in repairs! If they were any kind of mechanics, they would have discovered the right problem the first time. And despite repeated attempts to get justice, they have refused to do anything. At this point, I would happily give them the car for the $3,000 I am out and they can do whatever the xxxx they want with it. But they don't care and they show that they don't care--ripping off a disabled couple on a fixed income and refusing to make it right!!!! Shame on them! More
