The selection of cars is not huge but what they do have appear to be quality cars with a fair price. Nice relaxing visit. Traded in my car and bought one and got some cash back to boot. No pressure. Quite efficient in "getting us out the door" with allthe paperwork completed. We first found Killer Auto Sales while looking for a good used car to replace ours lost in an accident. We came across cars.com. We were sure our new used car would not be purchased from a dealer. HOWEVER, after a nice phone conversation and then a drive to the dealer, this soon changed. The selection of nice, low mileage cars was very impressive. The condition of the cars very clean. The ease of test drives was great to make a decision between many cars. The pricing was good fair values. And best of all the staff was NO Pressure, helpful as needed, and worked well together and still professional. If buying a car can be a nice experience, then Killer Auto Sales has the secret. First off let me make one thing clear. If you have bad credit, you ARE going to pay a higher price/higher interest rate than the average joe. It is what it is so get over it now. Don't be fooled with the $500 down 'buy here pay here' dealers either. They treat you like dirt, and basically tell you that for $500 down all you can buy is some heap with 180K miles and 3 fenders. Yeah I've checked into them. Even after just talking with them on the phone I needed a shower... Having said all that, my experience at Killer was great. I happened upon their website one night, and while I didn't know if they would sell me a car, I did appreciate the fact that they seemed to have fun and wanted their customers to feel at ease. I have the worst credit anyone can imagine and they were still able to get me into a decent, reliable car that I am very happy with. The staff was very honest about my options and at no point did I ever feel pressured to put more down, or buy a more expensive car, etc. I told them what I had to give and what I was looking for and they were able to find something quite nice for me. Buying a car with bad credit comes with a certain amount of humiliation (GPS installed on your car for instance), but like with the rest of the transaction they treated me with respect and never once did I feel like I was being talked down to, or was a second class customer. Unbeknown to the dealership, the car developed a cooling problem within the first 300 miles. I was asked to bring the car back so it could be looked over again. The radiator had a small crack in it and was replaced on the spot. I have dealt with dealerships before and have never had this good of customer service. Kudos to Killer Auto !!! More
