Very disappointed with the disorganization of the finance department. Been waiting on my tags after buying a car from them back in July. I saw James there at Killeen Ford. A great person to work with and very helpful. But that was where it ended because the others I delt with were not great to deal with. Their ad said one price but when they figured you were buying a truck they started adding prices on. The ad was for 43,000 and then jumped up to 49,000 with their add on's. Then some guy came to check out my trade in and didn't bring it back. I had to go find it. I hate being played for a fool. I will not go back there nor will I recommend Killeen Ford to anyone. More

I’m not one to write reviews, but after the awful way we were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, were treated by this dealership, I feel I have to write one. My boyfriend was looking for a new Maverick, tremor package and it’s very hard to find, so when we saw one of their website we were cautiously optimistic. He spoke to 2 different people, including Blake, who put my boyfriend on hold and went and confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and he would pull it aside for us. My boyfriend told Blake we live in Abilene, 3 hours away, so we wanted to make sure the vehicle was there before driving all that way. Blake assured him the vehicle was there. We drove all the way down there and when we got there, we were told by Tony that the vehicle had sold “months ago”. We were LIVID. We were outright lied to. We spoke to the manager and all he could offer us was a $50 gift card for our gas. When I told the manager we had been told it had sold months ago, he said that’s not true, who told you that? I pointed to Tony, who was standing right next to him. They couldn’t even get their story straight. And then they thought they could sell us a different car. I wouldn’t have bought a car from them if they were the last dealership on the planet, based on principle alone. STAY AWAY. More

Horrible. 12 days to warranty replace my blown window motor. Told me 3 days to diagnose. Can't just come back later, they have to have the car for 3 days bc th 12 days to warranty replace my blown window motor. Told me 3 days to diagnose. Can't just come back later, they have to have the car for 3 days bc they can't schedule it. Because "people are late" they lost all ability to do appoints is what the manager explained to me as I sat in the line labeled "appointments" having been told a time to be there... Dispite having the extended warranty I paid over $6k for, I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle because "it wasn't serious enough" but was serious enough to have for 12 days total.... Day 4 told it was diagnosed part was order and would be in end of day or tomorrow. Day 5 no one answered phones. Had to drive out. Told car was only now being diagnosed and they had the door disassembled. Days 6 through 10 no one would answer the phone. Day 11 wife drove us out after work. Door still disassembled. Day 12 finally got the call it was done. Answered auto generated email from Ford and said I was very dissatisfied. 20 mins later I get a call from the manager, Lennon, who proceeded to berate me and said I could have had my car from day 5 to 10 while they waited for the part. I told him that was never conveyed to me or my wife and he proceeded to call me a liar and then berated me more before I hung up. I'm sorry, being out a vehicle for 12 days for a window motor. Nah nothing is going to make me happy after the fact. Same day turn around when you made an appointment in the morning 5 stars. I tell everyone how great they were 2 days in the shop 1 to diagnose, get car back at the end of the day and then another day a week later while they work on it once the part was in. 5 stars but maybe I don't tell everyone and their mother how great it was. Even throw in an over night on both ends, ok I'm over it. But 12 freaking days and they had the nerve to call and berate me on the phone after the fact. More
