Excellent Salesman and Finance Our salesman and finance went above and beyond to get us what we wanted on our new vehicle. I and my wife’s experience was great on the sales end of it, our sales person Jonathan went above and beyond to get the deal we wanted on a new car pu I and my wife’s experience was great on the sales end of it, our sales person Jonathan went above and beyond to get the deal we wanted on a new car purchase along with his manager Noel working with us on our trade in. However when we went thru the process of touring the service dept and our salesperson has to gather signatures from the service department personnel of each department so we would know the process of coming in for service NOT one person starting with Mike in the service dept acknowledged our presence or made any attempt to greet us or congratulate us on our new car purchase , the vibe we got was as if it was an inconvenience for them to go thru this process. The service department facility was state of the art and very comfortable but the personnel in that area needs some major improvement. More

Mark Jones I went to Automax Pre-owned to trade in my old car for a newer used car... I was under the impression that because of the balance owed on the old car I went to Automax Pre-owned to trade in my old car for a newer used car...
