He was with me from the time he met me at the entrance of the dealership until I was with the finance department but after signing all the documents, he was right back with me and my new vehicle helping me unload the trade in and prepare the new car for the road. Chris escorted me to the service department and later to the representative who instructed me on the operation of the vehicles information and entertainment system. Chris displayed a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with the new Palisade.
