I should have left the dealership when I was told the advertised price was not the correct price due to the custom tint job on the car so they “had to” add $1500 to the price of the car. The car was used so I purchased the extended warranty $3100 and GAP insurance $1040 and they added $999 GPS tracking (Supposedly required by Capital One, not true, I checked). 5 months later I was involved in a hit and run while I was sitting at a red light. The pick up rear ended me so hard it sent me across 4 lanes of traffic which messed up all my electrical wiring to the sensors, which totaled my car. I had to request a warranty refund from the dealer in order for GAP to pay the difference owed. I was calling the dealership every day to just get the form. First I was told I needed the name of the person who worked with me from the finance department and then was told he no longer worked there. On day two I was told that one of their finance people passed away and everyone was out of the office due to the shock of it all and they didn’t know when they would be back in the office. Day four of calling I was told they were all in a grief meeting and after I said I will hold the receptionist said oh wait they just got out. She connected me with Syed Haider in Finance department. He told me that the information I had been given was incorrect, that they did not shut down, that they had been working every night until 10 pm and apologized for my treatment. He emailed me the form and told me as soon as He received it with the required documents he would give it to accounting and I should have payment in 3 days. I emailed him back after all documents had been sent. No response. 2 days later I emailed him again and he responded that it takes 45-60 days to get a refund. I have been working to get my car paid off since December 13th when it was declared a total loss. My insurance company has already paid their part off but dealing with Killeen Certified for Warranty refund and the GAP insurance they sale you Has been a nightmare. I can’t purchase another car until these payments are made to pay off the car. I am so disappointed in this dealership and will echo so many others save yourself a lot of stress and frustration and do not buy from this dealership. I was told by a coworker to stay away from this dealership as they have a lot of ethic problems. I should have listened!! 45-60 days is unacceptable for the refund. I still have to make payments on the car I no longer have until they pay this refund and GAP pays. More

We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle. We agreed on a price, mo. payment, interest rate and signed the paperwork to move forward. After 4-5hrs of this process, we got to the extended warranty part of the process. The warranty terms were $3600.00 total cost, Plus a $200.00 deductible. (This is ridiculous, FYI!) We told them that this was too much and we'd just like to purchase the vehicle on the agreed terms w/o the warranty. They said that because we refused their warranty, Bank of America (BoA) wouldn't accept the rate of 7.9% and the rate would jump to 9.8%. They said that this is what BoA is mandating. False! - We called BoA to confirm. They will be reporting this, as it's illegal and unethical to do so! The other thing that is really shady is that they will charge you $3000.00 if you attempt to use your own financing! We will also be reporting our experience with the Better Business Bureau. If you do business with this dealership, just know that they WILL NOT be transparent with as they try to suggest. They WILL do everything to get you to sign a contract that will cost you far more than the price that's been advertised. Buyer Beware!! This is NOT the place for your new/used vehicle, trust me! I was charged for window tint, that was not done. When I took vehicle back for tint that cost me 3 times as much (*to get it the way that I wanted).. They have no idea what they are doing, cant ever reach anyone (without being transferred to someone else repeatedly) or get a return call. They claim to be so much better then Automax was.. Then when you leave a review regarding service, someone calls to hear what you have to say, then promises that they are going to make it right.. and then you never hear back.. Very disappointing!! Absolute CRIMINALS. They were trying to pocket my 10k down payment and still give me an 84mo term with a high payment (with a very high credit score.) After securing my own financing with a much better rate, shorter term, and smaller payment with my own bank, they tried to add 2k to the purchase price. The manager came in the room in fight mode ready to attack. He raised his voice at my parents and I and refused to let us get a word in, so we walked out. I ended up buying the same vehicle, but a 2023 with less than 10 miles on it at a significantly lower interest rate and monthly payment, and will have it paid off in 4.5 years. Stay away from these crooks, complete waste of time, this place should be shut down! More
