HERE'S A SUMMATION OF WHAT HAPPENED AT KILLEEN AUTO SALES. #1 I should not have been sold this vehicle being that my license was expired.(I didn't realize that then but after talking to people I now re SALES. #1 I should not have been sold this vehicle being that my license was expired.(I didn't realize that then but after talking to people I now realize that) #2 KILLEEN AUTO SALES harassing phone calls about having to take the car to get serviced was wrong because the vehicle should have been in proper working order before I purchased and drove it off of the lot. #3 KILLEEN AUTO SALES made me look bad and put me in a very bad situation in figuring how I'd get home after the car was literally stolen from me by the Dealership in that state unlawfully holding my vehcle for KILLEEN AUTO SALES because of the lie about me not having a valid drivers license or insurance. #4 Von Jenkins was wrong in telling me that I wasn't going to get the car or my down payment back. #5 KILLEEN AUTO SALES kept sending me to voice mail and giving me the run around when after visiting the police station about this whole situation and was informed by the police that it's important for me to talk to KILLEEN AUTO SALES and find out specifically why they wouldn't give me either the car or the down payment back. ____________________________________________________________________________________ THE COMPLETE STORY OF WHAT HAPPENED AT KILLEEN AUTO SALES I filled out a credit application online and was called and told that I was approved. I informed KILLEEN AUTO SALES that my license was expired and from another state and that I would be traveling there soon to straighten out my license and get it back to the valid status. I also informed my sales person that I had a few checks that were going to be part of my down payment that I couldn't cash until my license was valid. I was told by Von Jenkins/sales person that they could work around both situations and to come in any way and take the vehicle for a test drive so I did. After returning from the test drive I tried to ask a few questions and was given the answers but in a hurried manner. My sales person said, Ok, so are you ready to sign some paperwork. I wasn't asked if I had any further questions nor was I shown any features on the vehicle. I resolved in my mind that I'd just play around with the vehicle and read the manual for the vehicle to become familiar and I later found out that there wasn't even a manual for the vehicle. There was also a brake light that was on in the dash and I was told that it was nothing that I had to worry about. I was immediately harrassed by the dealership, around day 4 of having purchased it, asking me when I was going to get my license straight. I took the vehicle to Eurotech on Florence which was suggested as the repair shop of choice by KILLEEN AUTO SALES. I was told by Eurotech that the brake light was a manufacturers recall and that my vehicle was going to be taken to Georgetown to be fixed and that someone from KILLEEN AUTO SALES was going to be picking me up to take me home. I tried to ask Eurotech about the when, where's, Why's, How's and who's and my questions went unanswered. I was picked up by von Jenkins and taken to my residence. It later dawned on me after processing everythng that this is now my vehicle and they should have fixed it before selling it to me and that I would take it to Georgetown when I got ready to. I walked to Eurotech to claimed my vehicle and noticed very odd behavior in everyone there. I Was in the lobby for a good 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged or approached, where a technician was also, just shooting the breeze with a female who came in for questions. I immediately began to recv harassing phone calls from KILLEEN AUTO SALES 3 days after picking my car up from Eurotech. The harassing calls continued and the content in the messages left escalated as well. The vehicle broke down and was towed to the dealership of the vehicles make and arrangements were made for it to be fixed. After the dealership spoke to Joel from KILLEEN AUTO SALES the way I was being treated completely changed and my service person actually had an attitude towards me and said, "I don't know who to believe." I wasn't given a loaner and was rushed out of the dealership and told that I needed to hurry up and figure out where they needed to drop me off at because they were about to close, this was 5:38pm and I brought my car in around 2:30pm. I was literally dumped at the airport in that state. I found out later by another party who is my witness that KILLEEN AUTO SALES told the dealership not to give the vehicle back to me because I didn't have a valid license or insurance which I did have both at that time and both were valid. I finally returned home and tried to get my down payment back or the vehicle and I was over talked by Von Jenkins. I allowed him to speak but when it was my turn he would talk over me so I wasn't able to talk but he did hear me yell, you'll be hearing from my lawyers and he very very angrily AND SARCASTICALLY replied "Good Luck."
