What a joke So i go to their website and i find a truck i'm interested in, my fiance and i get up saturday morning and we go to look at this truck. well i pull in So i go to their website and i find a truck i'm interested in, my fiance and i get up saturday morning and we go to look at this truck. well i pull in and no truck in sight so i go in and ask about the truck and i'm told it's in the shop getting fender well flares put on i told them i'm buying a truck today no matter what. Now you'd think that a call would have been made to the garage to see if it's done yet but no he said sorry... so anyways let's lose a sale because i'm too lazy to call the mechanic or billy bob down the street whatever.. I guess my point is don't go in expecting any effort on their part what a xxx joke.. Never again... Losers More

We finally made our choice and continue all of our routine vehicle maintenance with their service department. The service department continually exceeds our expectations. They are super knowledgeable about vehicles and warrenties. Also flexible with scheduling. Definitely NOT the last vehicle we will puchase from Kightlinger's!! More

Would not recommend! I talked to Franky about a 2010 jeep, he sent me pictures none of them showed the front bumper where the plastic was broken. He also told me It had a warranty until I drove down to see it then told me there was no warranty and acted like I knew why when he never told me. I drove an hour and a half to go see it and test drive. When I began asking questions he seemed irritated and told me not to buy it if I didn't like it. I asked questions about some vehicles that were supposed to be coming in the following week and he said he would send me pictures when they came in. I was on the site and saw one of the vehicles he was to send me pictures of was posted and the price on it was just over ten thousand. When I messaged him about it he said the down payment was over five thousand, I said that's almost half of the asking price and he said well I can't control what the bank will give you. When I looked on the site afterwards the same vehicle was listed for over thirteen thousand! I just saw two nights ago the pictures of the other vehicle I asked about on their site that he never got back to me about. He was friendly until I didn't wanna buy the 2010 jeep and since then it seems like he doesn't wanna work with me so I will take my business somewhere else!!! I'd rather go to a buy here pay here lot then be treated rude! More

Wow is all I can say Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. About a year ago I was laid off from work and money was tight and I lost my vehicle to repo. I've heard no from every car dealer I've spoken to and visited. I took a blind leap of faith and drove 3 hours one way and it was worth every second and mile. Once we made it to the dealership we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. My credit was wrecked and Frank and Tom did everything they could including taking a little hit on the price to get me into a vehicle. They will never know how great full my family is.
