Overall had a great experience at Nissan of Gresham. The staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a clean facility and they had more then enough new Nissans for me to choose from. I was hesitant to take my car here based on knowing dealerships can be shady. Well this one is. After my car broke down, I found out(from a TRUSTWORTHY repair shop) it was due to my fuel pump burning o dealerships can be shady. Well this one is. After my car broke down, I found out(from a TRUSTWORTHY repair shop) it was due to my fuel pump burning out. Nissan had made a recall about such and the repair shop let me know that. They suggested Nissan would take care of it so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. After arguing with Nissan to even pay for it, I had it towed there to be fixed. Everything else in the car was perfectly fine. After breaking down on the highway I thoroughly looked over the vehicle for such cause and the repair shop had also looked the car over well to determine the cause. Well Nissan decided they wanted to be paid for something, so they broke my radiator. Right at the top, where the hose goes into the radiator, they overtightened the hose clamp and called to let us know that was broke and needed to be fixed, costing around $450. I've grown up around cars, and I have fixed my fair share of radiators in my day. I told Nissan that I doubted it was broken, but told them that I would fix it myself. As soon as I was pulling into my driveway I could smell radiator fluid. After parking my car I popped my hood and to my surprise saw radiator fluid all over my motor, and flowing freely from the hose. The plastic part connecting the radiator to the hose snapped off and pieces off it in hose with fluid flowing out!! My vehicle now undrivable again! Calling Nissan to report this and ask basically, what the heck!, they denied all of it and said they could sell me a radiator for $200 for me to fix myself. The previous repair shop, whom I trust, said everything looked fine. They said if needed they would back me up. More
I had a bad experience at another dealership. Clint and the rest of the staff helped me out with that experience and got me into a better car/price! Should have come there in the first place! In the course of test driving the Juke & Rogue, I met the owner, general manager, finance manager, sales manager and some of the salesmen. You really want to deal with these guys! They are so helpful and not at all pushy. This was, hands down, the most comfortable car-buying experience I've ever had. It's also the first time I've bought a car by myself and I was a bit concerned that I might be viewed as an "easy mark", but nothing could have been further from the truth. This is the second Nissan that I've owned (my late husband had a 2004 Nissan Titan) and not only am I a confirmed Nissan customer, but also a confirmed Nissan of Gresham customer! Working through Costco program so price wasn't on the table. We were trearted very well on a couple of oddities in our transaction and the dealership was very accommodating. They had some trouble meeting their timeframes on getting the Xterra ready (non-standard changes where we split the cost were estimated to take two hours but took five). Some delay was to be expected but more than double the time was problematic. That being said I would deal with them again without reservation. They were easy to deal with - responsive, fair and considerate. I like Nissan cars but in general have found their dealerships to be hopeless - this experience was a so much better than my previous encounters with Nissan, like night and day. More
This was a great experience. Clint did a great followup after I contacted the Costco auto purchase program and waited while we completed our research. When we went out to do a test drive he and Rolo were after I contacted the Costco auto purchase program and waited while we completed our research. When we went out to do a test drive he and Rolo were very helpful giving us information on the Pathfinder we were looking at, also showing us the stock of the same model in the local area. When we asked to pursue purchase of a unit at another dealer they brought the vehicle in so we could complete the purchase with them. The pricing was straightforward and very good in comparison to our research. We are very happy with the whole process and our purchase of the car. More

I owned a Nissan before this purchase and was so happy with the durability and comfort that I chose to replace it with another Nissan. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new VERSA! Usually I don't write review due to horrible experiences with dealerships. But I have to say these people earn my business. We came in a little bit late and found a use/new car with a good deal. If I would recommend anyone who wants to buy any use or new car without going through the hassle and a less friendly environment like many other dealerships you must go to this dealership!
