Recall service experiance Brought my Kia Optima in for an engine recall and was told it would take 2hrs and they were finished under that time. They also checked the car over for other needs and brought my attention to some things that were wrong. They offered to fix a couple of issues but when I told them I would take care of it myself there was no hard sell or pressure for them to do it. We were treated very well and respectfully.
