Every time I have drove 2.5 hours to have my car serviced or fixed the job has been incomplete and I had to wait longer to have them take the car back and fix it. Drove from Corvallis to Eugene to kia. I don't think they ever looked at my car. I went to lunch and when I got back it was in the same place as where I left it They did nothing. He actually ignored me when I came back. Would rather talk to his buddies. He also wanted to charge me for a 21 point inspection. First time I heard of that. Told me it was mandatory. I told the Rep when it happened again, I sarcastically said should I just call kia roadside and ask them to pick me up? He said sure. I'm now taking it to Jiffy lube. They'll do dagnostics which kia NEVER did. More
