First- time buyers of a Kia auto, we had outstanding staff to educate us on the brand and these two cars in particular. Will was our initial phone contact and he had kept in touch with us prior to arrival, and the very knowledgeable sales consultant, Kimberlee, walked us through the "ins and outs" of the two vehicles. Zac, the sales manager, was great to deal with, as was Dylan, the finance advisor/closer. The parts department was efficient and knowledgeable,as well. All in all, we would highly recommend Kiefer Kia, Eugene. It will be a continued learning experience with our new EV6, but we walked out feeling that we bought a great car from a wonderful agency...no pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable at every turn.
