Wonderful customer sevice Let's face it, tires and service are expensive. There is no way around it. Yesterday, I took my Kia in for servicing expecting to be it to be a drop off, as it always has been in the past. Unfortunately, my ride was unavailable at the last minute, so I waited for the repairs to be completed. I was pleasantly surprised at the clean waiting area and restrooms. The personnel were polite and kept me updated on the progress of my services. Although I would rather have gone to brunch, they made a three hour wait nearly fly passed. More

Dependable Service Department! When you live in Florida and hear a noise when you turn your AC on, you can't help but to think the worst. Southside Kia took all that stress away. OUTSTANDING A few months ago, the compressor in my vehicle went out. I was told by Orange Park Kia, that I would have to pay $500+ to get my vehicle fixed. When I asked if this service would be covered under my warranty, I was told no. So, I went to Southside Kia for a second opinion. They took my car back and looked it over. Before they came back to tell me the diagnosis, they had already ordered the part and were preparing a vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. The service that I received was GRADE A and even though I live closer to Orange Park Kia, I travel 30 mins to Southside Kia for any service that is needed. I just recently visited Southside Kia for an oil change on 8/15/2016. When I told the service manager how far I traveled and why, he was amazed and thanked me for my service. More
