Helpful, Kind, Fast in Service I called a few days prior to my visit to inquire about a missing shark fin antenna cover for my 2016 Kia Optima. I just purchased my car almost a mont I called a few days prior to my visit to inquire about a missing shark fin antenna cover for my 2016 Kia Optima. I just purchased my car almost a month prior so I was pretty upset about the cover coming off and wasn't sure how to replace it, much less how much it would cost. When I called, a service member immediately calmed me and informed me that I was still under warranty and encouraged me to stop in to get the part replaced. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly smiles and GENUINE intentions to serve people to the best of their ability. All staff were calm and collected despite the business of the location. It's wonderful they they provide complimentary snacks, coffee, and wifi for customers to feel comfortable and taken care of during their wait time. They moved efficiently and notified me how the process was going every step of the way. As a young female and first time buyer, it was so nice to be so well taken care of! It goes a long way. Highly recommend them! More
