I came to get service done on my 2013 Soul. I was taken care of by Theresa, at check-in. Bronx was the person that consulted with me about what needed to be done. What did concern me was when I went into the waiting room, there is a sign on the door that says to practice social distancing yet I really didn’t notice the employees doing that. mis diagnosed problem and over-charged 2008 Kia began running very unevenly, check engine light came on. Car parts store checked it and said "mis-fire in # 1 cylinder." Took to Southsid 2008 Kia began running very unevenly, check engine light came on. Car parts store checked it and said "mis-fire in # 1 cylinder." Took to Southside Kia, they said the check engine was a mis-fire in cylinder #3 and that the coil was bad. They replaced the coil and "cleaned" the inside of the engine, what ever that means. Car did not run any better and I was charged $700. I took the car to a friend of a friend , he checked it, replaced all the plugs and charged me $100. Car runs great! More
