Just as expected Great as always!!!! I went just for an oil change but as always the service is amazing. When talking about dealerships more than cost honesty is my biggest issue . Outstanding Service This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my 2018 Kia Rio this past April. I had an 11:00 appointment on Friday, 07 September. This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my 2018 Kia Rio this past April. I had an 11:00 appointment on Friday, 07 September. However, I arrived early. They took me in immediately and told me it would be about an hour. A friend that was with me and I went out for lunch. When we came back the vehicle was ready to go and everything was explained to me as to what was done. I am very pleased with Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel! More

Great Dealership A little over 2 years ago I was in the market to get my daughter a car for college. Shopped around and Fuccillo KIA had the best rates on a new KIA Fo A little over 2 years ago I was in the market to get my daughter a car for college. Shopped around and Fuccillo KIA had the best rates on a new KIA Forte. Our sales person Cindy Pabon was just awesome with NO pressure and listened to our needs. She matched the perfect car and color my daughter wanted. A few months later my car was getting up in age and miles, so I went back to see Cindy Pabon again and WOW, she found the car with all the features I was looking for, worked out an amazing deal and actually stayed at the dealership that evening till after 10 PM when I drove off in my new Optima. Well, the story continued as this past July, my wife’s lease on her Mazda CX-9 was up and we shopped around again and ended up back with Cindy at Fuccillo KIA and lowered our payment and my wife got into a new Sorento with everything she wanted. Finally, this month, I needed a good, safe, economical car for my son. We didn’t try any other place. I called Cindy, told her the color he was looking for and she did all the work. We showed up the next day and did all the paperwork and drove off in another new KIA Forte. So far in over 2 years, we have been treated excellently by the sale department. We also have had excellent experiences with the service department. Neal Hosford the Service Manage really knows his stuff and gets the job done. Thanks to everyone at Fuccillo for making the car buying experiences and the ownership experience so great! I will definitely recommend Cindy and the Fuccillo Team. More
