Great Service I have been taking my Sportage to Kia of Wesley Chapel for over 5 years and everyone in the service department has always taken care of me and my vehi I have been taking my Sportage to Kia of Wesley Chapel for over 5 years and everyone in the service department has always taken care of me and my vehicle. Humberto Molina always takes extra time to explain to me what my vehicle needs and why. He never rushes me and always gives me options that make me feel comfortable financially. During this last visit, I had quite a bit of work done (due to my high milage) and Francisco Baragas was the technician that worked on my Sportage. He was also extremely thorough and did an excellent job. My Kia has run as smoothly as the day I bought it, due to the great service I receive at Kia of Wesley Chapel! Thank you for all you do! More
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! I typically don’t ridicule a business or anyone personally, but I have to make this an exception. My experience with Fuccillo personnel and management I typically don’t ridicule a business or anyone personally, but I have to make this an exception. My experience with Fuccillo personnel and management has been abysmal. First, we purchased our daughter a brand new 2018 Kia Rio S in mid May for her graduation from high school, so you can imagine she was very excited and grateful. Less than 5 months later it’s sitting in Fuccillo’s service center! The car starts but when you put it in gear it shuts down. Second, communication with both personnel and management has been just as bad. They towed the vehicle last Thursday, we were working with a gentleman named Leo, who assured us he would work the issue with the technical center in California, and stated he would communicate the next day between 11 am to 12 pm. No phone call. My husband called them around 4:30 pm and inquired about the status...no one knew anything! Finally, the service supervisor, Neal, communicated that based on analysis it must be the “throttle”, whatever the xxxx that is! Anyway, he apologized and assured my husband he would communicate the next day, and that the same technician would be working the issue. The next day...nothing! My husband called again around 4:30, asked for Neal...he’s gone for the day! A gentleman named Dusty, communicated that it wasn’t the throttle, they have to continue working with the technical center in California on Monday as it’s the end of the day and a weekend. Thirdly, not one person has offered a loaner or rental car. Now, my husband inquired, but unfortunately, Leo didn’t have the authority. Neal, briefly discussed it, but it was obvious he was avoiding the topic. Note: I’m venting about a brand new car with only 1,700 miles! Believe, I have a lot more I could write on several subjects in my dealings with this company. A military rebate that was communicated we should receive within 6 - 8 weeks taking 16 weeks. Would’ve taken longer if my husband didn’t contact Kia International. When purchasing a so called quality vehicle, you shouldn’t have to get to know dealer personnel personally! I hope Mr. Fuccillo reads this post and offers my family one of those cruises he always advertises about. At the end I want what we paid for...a brand new 2018 Kia Rio S that operates! More
Umberto the service advisor was amazing I was scheduled for an oil change and a free inspection and from the moment I walked in the service area IUmBerto was professional and helpful and hig I was scheduled for an oil change and a free inspection and from the moment I walked in the service area IUmBerto was professional and helpful and highly qualified to assist me. horrible service dept i have had my car for over 2 years i always take to the dealer ship for oil changes the last one was in august yesterday day my oil light came on & t i have had my car for over 2 years i always take to the dealer ship for oil changes the last one was in august yesterday day my oil light came on & then the motor froze up the last time i had the oil changed they did not tighten the bolt on the oil pan n over the last 3 months in became loose n finally fell out now my car is dead n they will not help me at all my car is under warranty this is there responsibility More

Amazing Service I brought in my Kia Soul for an a/c problem that was covered by my warranty. Umberto was quick to address the problem and keep me apprised of the prog I brought in my Kia Soul for an a/c problem that was covered by my warranty. Umberto was quick to address the problem and keep me apprised of the progress and expected turn around time on getting my beloved Soul back to me. He really looked out for me as a customer, made me feel like a friend, and made sure that he was transparent in his explanation of what was happening. I would definitely bring my car back to Umberto. He really made that three days without my baby so much easier to bear. More
