Excellent service I came in late one weeknight, had a flat and riding on the donut. Even though it was late, service man said no problem, they will look at the tire and I came in late one weeknight, had a flat and riding on the donut. Even though it was late, service man said no problem, they will look at the tire and see if it could be fixed. Luckily it could be, and they fixed it. No complaining about it being too late or anything, just helped me out big time! More

I got there about 2:30 and the donuts were gone...only cookies left....don't know if that is good or bad, depending on current dietary inclinations. More

Didn’t even let them service my car Brought my car in for service to Fuccilo Kia due to a recall on my vehicle. As it being my first time having my car serviced there, I didn’t know how Brought my car in for service to Fuccilo Kia due to a recall on my vehicle. As it being my first time having my car serviced there, I didn’t know how their process was. Once I walked in and saw Chad I knew it was going to be a negative experience. Granted he was the only one working, as no one else was around. I could clearly see he was busy on the computer. I patiently waited while being ignored. I finally asked if he was part of the service team and his response was yes and then went back to his computer. After waiting a few more minutes, he finally asked what I wanted in a tone that made me feel like I was bothering him. I started by stating that I had a 4 o’clock appointment and my name for he could look it up. His response very rudely was , I need your car key, that’s where I get all the information. After that being said, I stated that it was my first there and was unaware. I the. Have him my car key and he proceeded out to my vehicle. After about a minute processing how I was just treated by an employee l, I walked outside and told Chad that I was going to take my car elsewhere due to his behavior. It’s really sad that I was treated this way and will never return. Especially since my mom loves Kia and is need of a car and we were going to come this weekend to look at cars. We’ll now be going to another Kia dealership. Thanks for Chad showing his true colors to me as it set a very high presidents on how Fuccilo is. More
